Really nice building with great staff, and nice rooms. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but we took advantage of the free happy hour which was quite nice. Beer, sake, gin, sochu, and nice little snacks facing a quiet interior garden with chickens. It was a bit of a walk to the main attractions, but certainly doable. Would stay again.

Interesting design, centrally located, thoughtful breakfast.
More attentive staff, better maintenance of rooms (quite a few noticeable scrapes and scratches for such a new hotel). Hotel should offer option to pick breakfast time slot when making the booking rather than when checking-in.
