The room was comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and renovated. It was as expected and we were really happy to stay there.
We were there during a heat wave and the hotel offered only a fan. For such weather, staying indoors throughout the day is not really an option without AC. During the night with the breeeze and fan it was ok!

The Hotel is located in the very heart of Triberg, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very friendly and provided affordable parking space upon request. Would definitely recommend. We had the very spacious family room where we stayed with our two kids (one baby) and two large dogs. They are also very animal friendly. Rare to come by.
I loved everything. It provided all we needed.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Parking was easy with a small fee. The check in and check out process was straightforward. The room was spacious and was very clean. They also provided a fan for us which was useful. The breakfast was nice and tasted fresh. We also enjoyed the Black Forest cake in the cafe which was very tasty.
We visited in summer so had to leave the windows opened for sleep and the road outside was quite noisy in the morning. Fortunately, the noise level was low at night or when the windows are closed. You need to take the stairs to get up to the rooms so people may struggle if they have heavy luggages or mobility issues.

Breakfast was great! The location was great and parking was convenient!
The check in procedure was stressful. All on the phone website for doors. I checked in a little late and no internet had to call a german answering machine that thank goodness spoke english upon request. We almost had to keep driving and not sleep there.
