About this house rental
Nestled in Arès, this charming house for $486 per night is a great choice for your next break. House in the middle of the pines between ocean and basin. Pleasant house of 180 m2 bathed in sunshine, quiet, not overlooked, tastefully furnished, ideal for a family of 6 people or 2 families of 4 people (4 double bedrooms). Heated salt water swimming pool (safety cover) in a beautiful garden with trees. I bring a particular care to the decoration as well as to the preparation of the house in order to put at your disposal a pleasant and functional house for your well-being. This one is perfectly cleaned between each rental (linen washed at 60 degrees - handles, switches, bathroom disinfected). You benefit from a kitchen and a scullery, a large and bright living room with 3 bay windows facing south overlooking the garden and the pool. From the terrace (surrounding the swimming pool) you will have a splendid view on the pines and it is not rare to see squirrels nibbling on the pine cones. For your comfort, the house is equipped with an electric plancha and a wooden Weber barbecue (black ball). All the conveniences (Post office, shops) are accessible less than one kilometer from the village of Lège. Proximity of the basin (4 kms) and the ocean (7 kms, supervised beach). The site benefits from numerous bicycle paths crossing the pine forests which will lead you to the Crohot beach and the Pointe du Ferret. You can also visit the many castles of Bordeaux. The house is located 30 minutes from the airport of Mérignac/Bordeaux and 40 minutes from the Saint-Jean train station in Bordeaux, shuttles exist from the Saint-Jean train station. Please note that pets, even small ones, are not allowed in the property.

The property is delightful - beautifully decorated, very calm and tranquil. We were a family of four and were very comfortable. The rooms are very big and spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool is lovely (and heated - yay!). The location is on a very quiet close with lots of trees surrounding the rear of the property adding to the tranquil vibe. Our host Pascal was very accommodating, sharing lots of information in advance and we would definitely return to Pascal's home.

Wir haben 14 wunderschöne Tage in diesem schönen Haus am Cap Ferret verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Da Haus war schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und von dort kann man alles gut erreichen, denn es stehen auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Un environnement, qui vous invite à tout ce qu’on aime bien faire pendant les vacances sur la Côte Landaise. Et enfin, une propriétaire, qui s’engage très fortement à vous rendre content. Service entspricht ebenfalls nicht dem Preisniveau:
- Check-in/Check-out nur mit französisch sprechender Haushälterin (massive Verständigungsprobleme)
- Zu langer Check-in-Prozess
- Unverschuldete Kleinstschäden werden vom Vermieter geltend gemacht und der Kreditkarte belastet

Wunderschöne Woche in einem geschmackvollen Haus
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben besonders den tollen Garten mit dem großen Pool (angenehm temperiert) und den Ausblick in den Pinienwald genossen. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden war. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Wohngegend, in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand. Morgens kann man mit dem Fahrrad Baguette vom Bäcker holen und mehrere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Verwalterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbar
Eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand und in Cap Ferret. Die wunderschöne Stadt Bordeaux ist von hier auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Dazu ist alles liebevoll dekoriert. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Pascal.

Schönes Haus im Pinienwald, in dem man ganz für sich ist.
Sehr schönes Haus, schön eingerichtet. Viele Schlafzimmer und überraschend großer Pool. Man ist sehr für sich. Wenn es heiß ist, spenden die Pinien Schatten. Cap Ferret ist nicht weit. Die Besitzerin ist sehr fürsorgliche, der Empfang vor Ort verlief perfekt und sehr professionell.

En vacances tout en étant comme si l’on était chez soi
Très bon séjour dans cette maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût et où il fait bon se détendre avec sa piscine bien agréable entourée d’un joli jardin et bordée d’une pinède qui sent bon dès le matin ! Un vrai plaisir pour tous et qu’une envie, y retourner bientôt

Petit paradis
Un accueil formidable nous a été réservé pour une semaine passée dans cette
très jolie maison décorée avec goût située dans un écrin de verdure et agrémentée d’une piscine à l’eau turquoise...Idéalement placée pour être au calme tout en ayant la mer et le bassin à portée de main! Vélos dispos pour de belles ballades à travers la forêt jusqu’à l’océan... tout était parfait !

Très belle villa dans les pins
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette villa très agréable à vivre.
Les chambres et le salon donnant sur la terrasse et piscine permettent de nous sentir vraiment en vacances.
Les balades en vélo au départ de la maison dans les forêts de pins avec la plage du crohot au bout, sont extraordinaires.
Malgré une semaine très prisée par les touristes nous avons pu accéder à la pointe du cap en 35 min (il faut bien choisir les horaires de trajet entre 13h et 14h et après 19h00).
Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette villa tellement chaleureuse.

Agréable séjour
Maison agréable à vivre, bien agencée et fidèle aux photos et description dans l annonce, elle est située dans les pins proche des pistes cyclabes (environ 10 kms de l Océan et 5 kms du bassin).
Bon accueil et petits cadeaux de bienvenue à notre arrivée.
Quelques détails sont peut-être à revoir pour parfaire le séjour... vélos à vérifier rapidement entre 2 locataires, un ventilateur
dans les chambres aurait été appreciable car nous avons souffert de la chaleur la nuit pour dormir.
En revanche la propriétaire est disponible et à l écoute rapidement si besoin. Merci.

Location au top!!!!
Superbe séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! L’intérieur comme l’extérieur sont faits pour s’y sentir très bien.
Quel plaisir de passer du temps sur la terrasse en bois avec une piscine chauffée propre et agréable, le tout sur un fond de forêt de pin magnifique.
Les chambres sont toutes les 4 agréables dont 3 équipées d’une baie vitrée donnant directement sur la terrasse.
La douche extérieure, le barbecue et la plancha sont un vrai plus!
Les vélos mis à disposition sont impeccables.
Rien à redire sur l’accueil, la propreté des lieux et la restitution du logement.
Je recommande cette location pour des vacances réussies !!

Superbe semaine au Cap Ferret
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Lège Cap Ferret. La maison est belle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Maison très bien équipée, rien ne manque (jusqu’aux livres et aux jeux). Pascale est très attentionnée pour ses hôtes (petits cadeaux de bienvenue) et très à l’écoute. Tout est parfait pour un séjour réussi en famille. Nous recommandons sans réserves.

Villa très agréable
La villa est très pratique et bien agencée pour les vacances, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et confortable, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. La piscine est chauffée, et la terrasse très agréable.
Notre séjour à deux familles, 4 adultes et quatre enfants a été un vrai moment de convivialité, avec en plus la proximité de la plage côté océan, accessible en vélo par une très jolie piste cyclable en 25 minutes.
Le seul petit point à améliorer serait de disposer d’une table extérieure un petit peu plus grande, car un peu juste pour 8.
Au final une semaine de vacances de rêves !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette magnifique maison où tout est prévu pour le confort des locataires. Nichée à côté d'une pinède, elle est à la fois calme et proche de toutes les commodités et attractions du bassin. La piscine est très agréable et la maison fonctionnelle. Idéal pour visiter cette jolie région et se ressourcer.
Merci également à Mme Bayle, qui se montre disponible et attentive au bien être de ses locataires (petits cadeaux d'accueil à l'arrivée notamment).
Nous recommandons vivement et ne manquerons pas de revenir lors d'un prochain passage dans cette belle région.

Un beau séjour au calme dans une maison de charme
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au calme dans la très charmante maison de Pascale. Conforme à nos attentes et à la description, la maison est très belle, avec une déco superbe, tout confort et très bien agencée.
Nous aurions préféré pouvoir y séjourner 15 jours pour vraiment profiter de la maison et de tous les supers lieux aux alentours - l'entrée dans la maison se faisant à 16h et le départ à 10h le samedi.
Nous serions très contents de pouvoir revenir passer des vacances ici. C'était super.

Un petit coin de paradis !!
Une magnifique maison au milieu des pins et proche de la mer. Parfaitement située pour des vacances au calme mais proche des commerces . Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans une maison très confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût . Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec une très bonne literie, la piscine est chauffée et la maison est très bien entretenue avec vélos ,barbecue et tout le nécessaire pour les enfants. La propriétaire est très attentionnée et à l'écoute de ses locataires avec des petites douceurs à notre arrivée pour découvrir les spécialités locales. Merci beaucoup pour ces belles vacances , nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir . Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.
