Dream house with great pool near Muro, for 10 people plus babies, 5 Double bedroom, 5 bathrooms (3 en suite), air conditioning, heating, free wifi, garden with children's playground, volleyball, football, table tennis, billard, fitness, table football, salt water pool and barbecue area, near Platja de Muro and Can Picafort Our stunning villa "Es Garrover es Vela" is only about 5km away from this piece of paradise. On a plot of 8.000 m² between olive trees and huge palm trees the beautiful villa stands out. The entire yard is fenced. A large steel gate gives us access to the diverse garden paradise. On offer here are green lawns, a large children's playground, a beach volleyball field, a soccer field, table tennis, a huge pool area with saltwater pool (10m x 12m) sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and chill-out area under a Mediterranean sun sail. But that's not enough .... The house welcomes us to a spacious terrace area, roofed and equipped with super comfortable garden furniture. Together you dine here at the long table, where the whole family finds a cozy place. The grill master can prove his skills at the comfortable stone grill and conjure Mediterranean delicacies for the whole travel group. At the grill stone table you can hiss a cold beer or perhaps taste a local wine. Mallorca now offers great island grape varieties ... just plan a trip to a bodega, you will be impressed. The modern interior offers plenty of space and comfort on an impressive 480 m² living area. The 2 super stylish levels are furnished and decorated with great taste and quality. The basic equipment includes of course air conditioning in all parts and free Wifi Internet. The communal living area on the ground floor consists of a cozy living room in Zen style, which is used for balance, harmony and relaxation in interior design. The minimalist dining area with its own counter and bar stools is centrally located between the hyper-modern kitchen and the living room. While dining at the large table, you have uninterrupted views of the colourful outdoor area, a great contrast to the order, lightness and comfort of the interior. The light-flooded kitchen shines in elegant design with kitchen island and the newest technology. At kitchen appliances and comfort everything is here what you need in a well-functioning kitchen. The quiet zone of the house is divided into 5 double bedrooms. 2 double bedroom is located on the ground floor with adjoining bathroom. From here you have direct access to the garden. The 3 further bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Here each bedroom has its own bathroom en suite. Modern and high-quality equipment provide in all bedrooms for the desired rest, which is a must for the precious holiday season. Large fitted wardrobes provide plenty of storage space for luggage and clothing. A safe for valuables is also available. If you want to check emails or write a postcard, you can do it conveniently at the desk. For our smallest guests, we will provide cots and high chairs. For the cooler season radiators were installed throughout the house, so that even that season is comfortable. In the basement there is the so-called "laundry room" with washing machine and dryer. For us from 5StarsHome the estate "Es Garrover es Vela" is a real gem with well-being guarantee under Majorcan Holiday house heaven ... For your kids birthday or any special events we will provide inflatable castles as special gift for you and your family.

The villa was perfect. Large pool, vast grounds, modern and comfortable. In a peaceful rural location but still close to amenities, restaurants & the coast. Lovely host who brought us some home cooked Mallorcan food as well. A high recommend from me!

Cate, our host, was truly great, even though she has no English and we have no Spanish.
The house was superb.
Main bedroom could have done with some doors for privacy to the bathroom and also a mirror in the bedroom.
Great pool facilities, but a few little drinks tables would have been a useful addition.
However, no complaints, except that we couldn't stay longer.

Contrary to what is stated in other reviews, I can only say that the staff of 5 StarsHome and their care was very good and nothing to be desired.
No matter with whom I had to do and what it was about, all were very friendly and it was taken care of immediately (even on weekends!).

Tolles Objekt in einer perfekten Lage
Das Objekt ist für Familien mit Kindern oder eine kleine Reisegruppe perfekt geeignet. Tolle Badelandschaft mit ausreichend Entspannmöglichkeiten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da es nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt ist und doch außerhalb der Touristengebiete.

Tolle Unterkunft
Schöne Finca, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ideal für eine Reise mit Freunden. Die Eigentümerin wohnt direkt gegenüber und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist mangelhaft, was den Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus nicht beeinträchtigt hat, jedoch im Vorfeld, währenddessen und im Nachhinein nervig ist.
Wir sprechen eine Empfehlung an dieser Stelle aus, und wir werden wiederkommen!

Todo en la casa estaba perfecto limpieza, decoracion y las instalaciones.
De cara al invierno la parte del gimnasion estaba muy fria, se podria poner un radiador de calefaccion.

Fabulous family holiday at Es Garrover es Vela
We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful, modern villa set in lovely gardens. The property is well equipped and the staff at 5 Star Homes were extremely helpful (even after delay at airport meant we arrived in the middle of the night). Not much within walking distance but plenty of shops and supermarkets about 10 minute drive away. Plenty to keep you busy at the Villa with volleyball/football pitch, lovely pool, table tennis, pool table, darts, gym and park area. An all round fabulous villa and a great place to stay to explore Majorca.

Es Garrover es Villa
Lovely Villa in beautiful gardens and surroundings, my only criticism was that the Jacuzzi Bath doesn't work and when I reported this to the local Property Company, I simply got the reply that it does not work as a Jacuzzi, not good enough when the facility is advertised as such.

Traum Finca
Die Finca selber ist ein Traum. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Kleinigkeiten findet man immer ( Haken für Küchentücher z.B), aber mal ganz ehrlich in den Ferien kann man auch darüber hinweg sehen.
Alles in allem hatten wir 8 Personen einen wünderschönen Urlaub. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder bei FeWo-direkt oder 5Starshome buchen.

Erholung pur!
Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Super sauber, toller Außenbereich mit einem schönen Pool, der zur Erfrischung einlädt. Innenausstattung prima - es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Sicherlich haben wir dieses Objekt nicht letztmalig gebucht. Vielen Dank und weiter so!

Lovely house in Llubi
We spent one week in the house, and we vere quite happy about it. It had everything we needed, the aircondition worked fine and the key box worked brilliantly at arrival/departure. The pool seemed bigger than on the pictures. There were plenty of chairs and sunbeds.
The negatives must be a very uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom, and Llubi being a pretty boring and uncharming village. We also missed the garage stated in the listing, and several times we had to park a bit far from the house. The internet connection was a bit slow, and it only worked inside the house.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge
Die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Wenig Touristen, umgeben von Einheimischen. Ruhe und Erholung,mehr braucht man nicht.Sehr schön.Wir waren zufrieden .

J'avais rêvé de vacances au calme...et elles ont été magiques !
Nous avons découvert une petite maison de village impeccable, superbement décorée et très bien équipée.
Nous avons pu profiter de vivre au rythme des cloches de l'église sans devoir subir les bruits de hordes de touristes.

Location fidèle aux photos
Nous avons passé un bon séjour à llubi, il y a quelques points qui n'étaient pas précisés dans l'annonce, comme la place de parking, il n'y en a pa d'attribuée il faut trouver une place dans la rue pour se garer, la piscine n'était pas chauffée, ce n'est pas forcément très grave mais avec des enfants en bas âges c'est moins pratique. La rue est assez passante du coup assez bruyante surtout que deux des chambres donne sur la rue, les éboueurs passent tôt le matin vers 3h du coup les premières nuits c'est un peu dur. Malgres ces quelques désagréments nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans une location avec beaucoup de confort et le ménage fait durant le séjour.

Fantastic house - Truely 5 Stars
Stayed here in October 2015. This is a beautiful villa and is spotlessly clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and honestly we didn't want to leave. There are a small number of bars and restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets for the essentials. There is also a large Lidl around 10 minutes drive away in Inca. The town is very traditional and gives a true feeling of mallorcan life. I would highly recommend.

The "Villa Romantica" we had in Llubí (Majorca) is simply wonderful. It's a fully-equipped old house completely renovated that caters for everything you need. The pictures on the webpage portray exactly what the house is like although I must say it's even more beautiful when you are in the house itself. We had drinks to welcome us and everything is so new and clean that it has been a real pleasure our stay in the house. It is really ell located because it's in the centre of the island and this allows you to travel in all directions without having to spend a long time in the car. We were able to visit a great part of the sland because of this excellent location. Going to the house at night was very relaxing because the village is really quiet and we slept very well. The pool is a plus after a long day visiting the beautiful Majorca. Nicolás, the person from the organization we met is a friendly and helpful young man. No doubt we shall return to this house.
La "Villa Romántica" en la que nos alojamos en Llubí es espectacular. Tiene de todo. Es una casa antigua de pueblo totalmente renovada y con todas las comodidades. Es igual que en las fotos de la página web aunque yo diría que la realidad supera la impresión que te da la página web. A la llegada teníamos bebidas de bienvenida en el frigorífico y todo estaba tan nuevo y tan limpio que daban ganas de quedarse en la casa. Está muy bien situada en el centro de la isla lo que te permite viajar en todas las direcciones para ver Mallorca sin necesidad de hacer grandes desplazamientos. Visitamos muchísmos sitios y la vuelta a la casa con la piscina era realmente algo impagable. Llubí es un pueblo muy tranquilo por lo que el descanso nocturno estaba asegurado. Nicolás, el joven de la organización que conocimos fue muy amable y nos orientó sobre qué hacer en la isla. Sin duda está en nuestros planes volver a esta casa tan estupenda.

Perfektes Stadt-/Dorfhaus
Dieses Bijoux in Llubi verspricht tatsächlich nicht zuviel. Zentral im schönen Dorf, oder besser gesagt Städtchen Llubi gelegene Stadthaus, steht für erholsame Tage im ruhigen Herzen von Mallorca. Das Haus ist sanft renoviert und in einem guten Standart eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist für bis zu vier Personen ideal. Ein Innen- und ein Aussenbad, sowie eine zusätzliche Solaraussendusche im Poolbereich sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber zum Abkühlen und Planschen gross genug.,In allen Räumen sind wirksame Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Bei permanenten "Durchzugslüften" kann dank der alten Steinmauern die Temperatur angenehm gehalten werden, ohne die Klimaanlage einzuschalten. Sehr herauszuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft des jungen Eigentümerpaares. Wir fühlten uns wirklich als Gäste sogar wie Freunde behandelt. Die Eigentümer sind jederzeit erreichbar und für Problemlösungen da, falls nötig.
Im Städtchen Llubi gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Für grössere Einkäufe bietet sich das zehn Autominuten entfente Inca an. Von Lidl über Mercadonia bis zu Eroski ist alles vorhanden. Stündliche Busverbindungen über Inca nach Palma machen Llubi auch für Nichtautofahrer erreichbar. Zusätzlich gibt es in 20 Fussminuten Entfernung einen Bahnhof mit ebenfalls stündlichen Verbindungen nach Palma. In Llubi gibt es für Notfälle sogar ein Centro del Salud und eine Apotheke. Einige kleine Cafes, resp. Bars, ein einfaches Restaurant beim Kirchplatz, sowie ein Gourmetrestaurant (Daica) befinden sich ebenfalls in Llubi.
zusammengefasst ist dieses Haus in Llubi wirklich zu empfehlen. Danke den Eigentümern für ihre Herzlichkeit und Bemühung, uns einenangenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

WOW WOW unser Traumplatz WOW WOW
Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Llubi und haben uns total in das Dorhaus verliebt. Die Bilder und Beschrieb sind absolut identisch mit der Anzeige.
Wir haben das Dorhaus absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt übernommen, die Bett-, Badwäsche waren neuwertig und in tadellosem Zustand inkl. der Pooltücher.
Die Buchung lief absolut unkompliziert ab, die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Besitzerin sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. V we miss you!!!
Das Dorfhaus können wir auf jeden Fall ohne wenn und aber weiter empfehlen.
Wir werden wieder kommen. Der Pool und die Chill Zonen ein Traum.
Mit einem Mietwagen ist Llubi ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, durch die Autobahn ist man sehr schnell in Palma ca 35km oder an den traumhaften Stränden von P. Alcudia, P. Muro, P. Pollenca ca 18km, auch der Abendausgang ist also ohne lange Anfahrtswege machbar, Märkte wie Inca, Sineu, Alcudia ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants gibt es genug und sehr gute, in der Nähe zu empfehlen, auf der Strasse nach Inca, Autobahnanschluss, das Son Catiu die Olivenoelmühle, sehr gute Grilladen und Spezialiäten. Der Besitzer und sein Serviceteam sehr nett und zuvor kommend empfehlen wir sehr gerne wenn man keine Lust hat weit zu fahren und in der Nähe essen möchte. In P. Alcudia ist es das des Port am Ende des Passeo typisches spanisches Lokal mit super Tapas freundlicher Bedienung und gutem Service. In P. Pollenca lieben wir das Capucchino zum Frühstück direkt am Meer wunderschöne Lage und wie in allen Capucchinos sehr netter Service und das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität.
Wir haben unseren Traumplatz gefunden und haben unsere 2 Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen, wir vermissen die Sonne und Mallorca und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Llubi,bis ganz bald... ;-)

Wunderbar, eine großartige Unterkunft
Großartige Unterkunft mit einer sehr schönen Ausstattung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Vor Ort ist jederzeit jemand ansprechbar, falls Fragen zum Haus auftreten sollten. Alles ist super sauber. Der Ort Llubi ist klein und beschaulich und vor allem sehr ruhig. Im Ort sind ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einmal in der Woche gibt es einen Markt und ein Restaurant mit zwei Sterneköchen gibt es hier auch, was wir nur empfehlen können. Wenn wir mal wieder auf Mallorca Urlaub machen, dann gewiss hier in dieser Unterkunft.

Tolles Ambiente in ruhiger Ortsrandlage
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin war pünktlich vor Ort und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Man bekommt exakt, was man auf den Fotos sieht. Es war angenehm sauber, dies haben wir bei der Anmietung von Ferienwohnungen auch schon anders erleben müssen. Lediglich in der Küche fehlt es an Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für zwei Personen oder eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Wie man auf 200 m² Wohnfläche kommt ist mir ein Rätsel, 80 m² scheinen mir realistisch. Das gesamte nutzbare Areal inkl. Außenbereich, dies kommt wohl auf 200 m². Die Garage erreicht man über eine parallel verlaufende Straße und ist eher für Kleinwagen nutzbar. Vor dem Haus haben wir aber innerhalb eines Radius von 100 Metern grundsätzlich einen Parkplatz gefunden.
Zwei Schlafzimmer liegen direkt zur Straße, da diese wenig befahren ist, hat es uns nicht gestört. Kurioserweise liegt eins der beiden Bäder außerhalb der Wohnung. Das innen liegende Bad ist etwas klein und es scheint Probleme mit der Luftfeuchtigkeit zu geben. Hier sollte der Vermieter aufpassen. An der Decke sind schon einige braune Flecken sichtbar. Leider zog der Kamin nicht und so fanden wir uns bei dem Versuch ein Feuer zu entfachen, sehr schnell in einer „Räucherkammer“ wieder. Das elektrische Zusatzgebläse, das für Zug hätte sorgen können, war leider nicht angeschlossen. Hoffentlich pflegt der Vermieter dieses schöne Objekt, so dass auch andere Mieter in den kommenden Jahren genauso viel Freude an der Wohnung haben, wie wir sie hatten. Vielen Dank!

Eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Wir waren für 1 Woche in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel. Sie ist hervorragend und neuwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt.
Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen ruhigen Straße mitten in Llubi. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, mehrere kleine Bars, eine tolle Bäckerei und gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die jungen Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten und mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Eine Oase im beschaulichen Dorf LLubi
Wir haben das Haus mit Hilfe eines Navis sofort gefunden und waren positiv überrascht,dass die Beschreibung und Bilder im Internet mit der Realität übereinstimmten! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Das Besitzer Ehepaar hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt.
Alles war sehr sauber und die Küchenausstattung war für uns Selbstversorger ausreichend. Für Gourmets ist im Ort das Restaurant "DAICA" zu empfehlen. (ca. 5 Gehminuten , "Sterneküche" bei gutem Preis! )
Besonderen Reiz hatte für uns der schön gestaltete Innenhof mit Pool. Wir haben Ausflüge in die umliegenden urigen Dörfer gemacht und ans Meer fährt man nicht länger als 25 Minuten.Diese Unterkunft ist von uns uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen!

Ferien in Llubi
Unsere Familie hat im Juli die Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Llubi verbringen dürfen. Die Bilder versprechen tatsächlich nicht zu viel. Das gesamte Haus ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und extrem geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Bäckerei, Minimarkt und Marktplatz (Wochenmarkt immer dienstags) sind nach 2 Minuten Fußweg erreicht. Der Naturstrand von Albufeira ist in ca. 20 Autominuten zu erreichen und sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man es weniger trubelig haben möchte.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und überlegen, ob wir wieder kommen werden. Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
