The Location , Cleanliness , & the positive vibes in the Lobby as they are playing guitar .
The basin tape is very hard to use as it is short , The Pillows are not comfortable, the breakfast has not too much varities but nice Coffee & cakes ,

It was familiar being a Marriott Hotel and the friendly staff living room TV lobby and complimentary breakfast makes this a enjoyable stay to recommend to friends when in the area.

It was in a good location, not far from Penn station and easy to get around.
The foyer was always quite chaotic, particularly at check-in when they run happy hour. The check-out process was also difficult if you want them to hold your bag. They also checked someone else into our room, so someone arrived at our room and opened the door with a key. A major security issue.
