Great room, not too big but that’s what’s to be expected in Manhattan for this price range. Bar is quite nice and all amenities are there.
Location in the city is okay, very central, but the neighborhood has a lot of homeless people who are fighting on the streets at night. That makes it a bit scary coming back to the hotel.

Excellent location in central Manhattan within easy walk to the subway and just about everywhere else. Easy transfer from JFK via airlink to Jamaica then subway. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast onsite; you order at the counter then they bring it to your table. Nice outside seating area. Very near Penn Station for our ongoing journey. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Thanks to everyone at the Voco for a great start to our trip.

The location is excellent in terms of nearness to Times Square.
Housekeeping was not that great. Dinner menu was limited
