De kamers waren proper en mooi
Extremely disappointing experience. Our Apple Headphone were hidden away in the staff cleaning closet, wrapped up in towels. Despite asking for feedback multiple times, we were repeatedly promised that they would look into it, but we never heard back. Zero follow-up, zero accountability, and poor customer service.
