Avoid SCAMMERS!

Nothing, the worse experience of my life.

Sadly, our family member (mother) passed away during this trip. We had to reschedule the trip and return to Europe immediately. We asked for as help to refund remaining nights. While we were still in the hotel, I already had the death certificate with me, but the staff were so "nice" that they didn't need it and said they would take care of everything. Liars! Not only did they not handle anything, but they ignored calls from booking.com to refund the money. And when I went back to Europe, the hotel ignored me, did not reply and did not respond to Booking.com emails and continued to do so. To make another dollar, my trip has not been cancelled during this whole difficult period, even though I have been out from America for a long time. Avoid this hotel, because in the matter of any accident could happen, you will not only be alone, but you will also be scammed by the hotel. And to the hotel team, I wish that karma will come back to you to feel totally the same like our family, so that you will understand how the help is needed at such times, not scamming people. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Zentrales, modernes Hotel

Sehr gute Lage, man ist zu Fuß schnell bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer.

Empfangsbereich, CheckIn erinnerte optisch und vom Personalverhalten eher an eine Jugendherberge. Das Hotel war komplett eingerüstet, was uns im 12. Stock nicht gestört hat, aber bei der Ankunft wirkte, als hätte das Hotel gar nicht geöffnet. Gleich nebenan ist eine große Wache des NYPD. Man hört zwar immer in NYC Sirenen, aber wenn mitten in der Nacht genau dort losgefahren wird, kann das störend sein, vor allem wenn man in den unteren Stockwerken wohnt. Ganz oben ist das alles ok.

It was okay.

The beds were nice.

The breakfast was the same food everyday. There was no non-dairy alternative to milk for coffee. There was hair in the shower and a used K cup in the coffee maker when we arrived.

Nothing. Terrible, dirty hotel in awful location.

Knew we were in trouble when we arrived and the lobby common area was a mess. Trash cans overflowing. It was 4:00 pm. Room was small by NYC standards and didn’t feel clean. Window was open with no screen. It was Nov 5. There was a portable oil heater. Nice. No washcloths. Shower grout between wall and shower pan moldy. Distinct mold smell from AC fan. We arrived at 4:00 in time to drop bags before heading out to dinner and show and didn’t return until after midnight so there really was no other option, other than join the homeless sleeping outside the lobby. Wyndham should be ashamed of having their name on this hotel. There are lots of hotel options in the area. Pick another one. Any one.

The unit had 2 different spaces an d bathrooms, we slept 8 people perfectly accommodate. Normally, hotels in NY are super small. This one surprised me. Location is perfect. Highly recommended for big groups

Nice location, decent rooms.

Hotel was convenient to activities planned and it’s nice to be near a police station.

We reserved two full or Queen and we got a king with a roll in bed. Room was very cramped, small, but clean. Close to subway entrance where we witnessed drug activity, but happy to be near the police station. Food on site was not the greatest, I’d recommend you go out.

The location was amazing. Right near Maddison Square Gardens and Time Square

The only negative was, we’re a family of 5 so always in need of a sofa bed or pullout bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, we had to ask for several blankets to put on top of the mattress to make it even near comfortable, and it squeaked so loudly every time my son moved which made our nights quite restless.

Horrible! Go somewhere else!

If you had everything as it’s portrayed on the website, things would’ve been a lot better.

The cleanliness of the hotel; elevators getting stuck; elevators in between floors and doors opening; friendliness of front desk staff was obsolete; roof top patio? HA! Only online. Fitness center was not at all as depicted online; beds were very uncomfortable; we called prior to booking and asked about parking…we were informed that there was free parking for hotel patrons, when in fact it costs $50.00 PER DAY and we didn’t even use our vehicle; so much road noise (honking, police sirens) and construction around the hotel it was not a pleasant area to walk around. Noise within the hotel was rather disruptive too, other hotel room doors closing loudly, the elevator beeping, etc.. overall it was a very crappy experience but we live and learn.

it resembled a hostel more than hotel, decor is outdated drab and cheap at best, when entering the lobby there was a cut throat smell of Jeyes fluid at times, the exterior is drab looking also with scaffolding on it.

the stay was nice, but, as said they haven’t returned my deposit of $150

the hotel is fine

After a month I am still waiting my deposit to be recovered and nobody answers my requests. The deposit should be accepted in cash, so the customer can receive it back right away or at least the same day of check out.

Flexible with bags. Location nearby is under construction I you can not propoerly see the entrance of the hotel.

I requested rooms nearby because we were a family but they did not give that. If I wanted to arrive early not discount in time or early check in.
