Jo elhelyezkedésű apartman

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó helyen van.

Az apartmanban legalább temperált fűtés lett volna, a radiatorok teljesen le voltak állítva 0 ra. Mivel régi épület a belmagasság nagy, ezért sok idő volt felfűteni, de sikerült.

Located right in the old town centre. Massive rooms and bathroom.

You cannot park in front to unpack.

Ok for a party or other short stay but in general accomodation is dated and not the cleanest.

Perfect location straight in the city centre. Very spacious apartments located in an old type of building with very high ceilings.

Bathrooms are dated and could use a deep clean. No aircon and very noisy outside (downside of the location).

Disappointing experience

Great location

We got a different apartment than advertised. The flat was unmaintained for a while, dirt was piled in corners and walls were dusty. There was mold in the bathroom and shower doors were leaking resulting in flooded bathroom. The furniture felt cheap and was partly broken.

it is a decent hostel with good apartmans or rooms

The rooms were wide and bright. The coffe machine was absolutely professional, we enjoyed our coffees during our stay.

The toilet was broken when we came. So a guy came twice and fortunately he could fix it in a few hours; although it was public holiday on Monday and we arrived only on Saturday.

Great city view, very spacious

Keep in mind this is downtown - lots of nightlife around, which you'll hear about The mattress is on the softer side

Excellent location for not high price

Location was great! Elevator was available. Reception hosts were kind and helpful. Apartment was big.

The building and the apartment was old and completely not renovated, that includes windows (wind was blowing from them, and hosts put blankets inside to make it warmer ;p) so it was not very warm inside.

Pleasant long weekend in downtown Brno

Location was extremely convenient and apartment was very comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable too.

Coffee machine needs repair; otherwise, wonderful!

Everything excellent except for tiny kitchen

very spacious, comfortable for 3 families, clean, awesome location, easy Checkin/checkout, 2 washing machines and driers (!)

Very small kitchen, couldn’t cook for the amount of people that fit into the flat.

Superb

The elevator is pretty small and we couldn't fit our crib in it, but very friendly front desk staff did all they could to help us solve this situation, so everything worked out just right. :-)

Good location with great hosts!

We like the welcome (thank you Martina for showing us around) as well as location. The apartment was spacious with all necessary appliances and good internet signal.

Could have been a bit hot inside (was chilly at night, heating not working to higher level). The rest all fine

Superb

Very spacious apartment right in the heart of Brno in historical building with high ceilings. Perfect for short but even for longer stay. Big double bed is comfortable, the expandable couch makes another double bed. Kitchen is equipped quite well, could be however better. Big bathroom is fine. Nice plus is a wine bar at the reception offering selection of low-intervention wines by glass and bottle.

I would prefer the better kitchen equipment.

The apartment is located in the historical center of Brno, so it is close to all the attractions. Not expensive underground parking is within 5 min walk. Our apartment has big windows, both rooms are very big, everything is spacious. It is a historical building, so it has real atmosphere.

The only problem during our stay was a loud fight in the middle of the night just under our windows. Some people were fighting, there was a lot of screaming, and literally bottles were flying. The police arrived quite quickly, cause the station is nearby, but flashing lights weren't helping to fall asleep again. Of course, it wasn't the owner's fault, and I dont know how frequent it happens, but it I find it worth mentioning.
