This was our third stay in this hotel, different apartment each time. They were all great but this one was our favourite. We loved all the beautiful windows with stunning views. Loved the furniture and the way the apartment was decorated. Not overdone, just right and very spacious and practical.
The main reason we keep on coming back is that we love the vibrancy of the square below with all the restaurants and bars. When we were not down there amongst it, we were sitting by the open windows taking it all in. And despite what people in other reviews say, we found the apartment very sound proof and quiet when we closed the double glazed windows and we had great sleep each night. The bars don’t stay open all night and the square is empty and quiet in the morning. There are ear plugs provided but we definitely didn’t need them.
The location is great. We walked everywhere or caught a tram. Central train station and bus stations are short walking distance. We never needed a taxi.
No A/C but understand that is not always possible. However, good fans were in both the living room and the bedroom so it was comfortable enough despite the July heatwave.

The space was huge, which was wonderful. The rooms were great, and there was plenty of space to sit, play games, or just chill. The place was also quite noisy because there were a lot of bars on the street, but they provided earplugs, which was awesome.
There was no air conditioning and it was 37°C. There was a fan, and we appreciated the thought.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city center. With a small supermarket that is open till 11pm right next door. Many cafes and bars downstairs. Easy access to tram.
The broken shower and leaking bathtub. The bathroom floor turned into a swimming pool everytime anyone showered, literally. Unfortunately there wasn't anything the staff could do but give us more towels to dry the floor. And it did seem that they were aware already this happens, from previous guests, yet it wasn't fixed. For a room that fits 5 people, this waa a big inconvenience.
Also TV was not working, normally i wouldn't care. But the World Cup was on, matches started really late and all the group wanted to watch the games. Unfortunately, it also wasn't fixed during out stay.

The location was good and the apartment was spacious and well equipped.
There was a lot of noise outside from nearby pubs, night clubs and beer gardens all night every night we stayed.
