Nice building. Best place, safe, clean and comfortable for a family of 4 at the center of the town. Everything was fine.
We face a little difficulties when we arrived how to find the key but with a help of the girl who answer the telephone everything was solve. I believe with the confirmation of the booking they can sent and a photo of the place where is the key.

Location is superb, as is the property. Have stayed in that building several times before. Very spacious & comfortable.
Contact prior to check in was excellent
Codes for lock box didnt arrive at check in time. Spent almost 2 hours of unanswered calls to the number provided, as well as several messages via the portal. Am v disappointed with this. Agency has apologised and offered late check out, which we couldnt take due to train time. Agency then gave us a €38 refund, which I appreciated. I would book with the same Agency again, as I feel this was a one off glitch

The apartment is well situated and very central. We have stayed in this apartment twice now and other apartments in the same building so know the area well. The terrace area is lovely and the apartment is spacious.
The cutlery in the kitchen was dirty, the kick plates under the fridge / cupboards were falling off.
The shower leaks as the shower head is in am awkward position. The plug in the bathroom sink gets stuck when you press it down.
The TV doesn't connect to any Netflix etc or any channels that are watchable (this was also the case when we stayed 2 years ago in the same apartment - so there has been no change or upgrade).
To collect the keys, you have to walk down a hill behind the building across a busy road, previously when we stayed the keys were in a lock box attached the apartment building so this is a pain if you have just arrived with luggage.
Personally i wouldn't stay here again as there are better options out there. There has been no care or attention to detail in the apartment since we stayed last time.
