Beautiful apartment.

Customer support was great since we had some hiccup with our flight and had to make last minute changes, they agreed to it without any fuss.
The apartment is worth the hike - I say that because the unit is located on the top floor of a 5-story building (or maybe 4-story). It is quite a climb so if you coming with big luggages, think twice before booking this because you will regret it
Apartment is beautiful though. You’ll forget how tired you are from the hike once you enter in. There is also an AC in the living room which was great. Huge unit, beautiful interior.
First, the climb up. I dont know if this is mentioned anywhere but this info is very important. It’s on the top floor.
While the apartment is beautiful, there were a few things that needs attention: the main bedroom’s bed is really hard. We woke up with back ache, pillows are small. The fan in the room was so dirty I had to clean it myself before we used it.
There is no standalone shower, just a bathtub which can get slippery after each use.
The washing machine leaks water. There was no soap in the toilet, no dishwashing soap in the kitchen.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is in a good location, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated that it was well stocked with practical necessities such as sugar, tea, and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch.
A practical point for future guests: the apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with high ceilings and there is no elevator, so there are quite a few stairs to climb.
There are a few areas that could benefit from some updating and a little more attention to maintenance and cleanliness. One thing worth mentioning is the difference in floor level/step in the middle of the kitchen. It is quite easy to miss and can be inconvenient, with some risk of stubbing a toe or tripping, so guests should take a little extra care.

Schoon en ok.
Het appartement heeft aandacht nodig. Vaatwasser valt uit elkaar en valt om. Geen koekenpan of braadpan. Oven piept en knarst. Was wat verder van het centrum dan verwacht, je moet eerst om Spilberg heen. Douchen in bad. Airco capaciteit aan de beperkte kant.
