Very good

amazing location, especially for families with kids: playground is just in front of the buildings. supermarket, taxi stop, public transport, atm - everything is stone thrown. the host is very friendly and helping. they solved all our requests within hours. the apartment itself is very clean and well-maintained.

some parts of apartment need some refurbishment (eg bathroom). nothing crucial, but still you see the apartment’s age. the high chair for babies would be also very nice addition to a baby cot. otherwise the apartment is really worth it’s money

Spacious apartment, centrally located.

Great location, close to the bus stop (airport line) and metro station. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Apartment is quite spacious. Ana is a great host, made sure our stay was pleasant! A small issue with the living room curtains was quickly resolved the same day. Recommended!

Spacious, clean, designer apartment with lift on main road.

Spacious apartment. Location on main road. good designer apartment. proper 2 bedroom, living room, kitchenette and 1 toilet. Overall the apartment is nice and airy. 6th floor and lift are plus points. Paid parking below. Consider 7 USD for parking if you have a car. Without the car, there are ample buses and taxis around. We took a 3 hours freetour " Free walking tour" which was excellent and that's why we liked Bucharest. Without a guide, one may not like the city.

Location is on the main road, but one has to walk 20 minutes to the main cold city centre. We booked this because it said there is free parking. But the rules have recently changed and parking is payable at approx 7 USD per day, if one pays through application process which had to be done by a local person. Our downloaded app showed us 46 USD till next day 7am. We paid 7 USD each for 2 days. Land lady paid for us for the next 2 days. This process was very stressful as the parking assistants in the parking lot just below the apartment dont understand English. This is not the apartment owner's mistake. But if we knew that the parking isn't free, we probably looked for something closer to the old city centre. A taxi to the centre costs around 4 usd. The lady who gave us the key and helped us check in etc. was slightly rude and cranky. Owner was courteous. There were no city maps or city info available in the apartment. Overall, it was a good experience.

Good stay in City Center

Great location in the city center. Most appliances were working properly including the AC, refrigerator, Washing machine, microwave. Had plates and utensils as well. Provided privacy. internet speed about 50-60 mbps, large 2 bedroom apartment, owner very helpful.

Bathroom will smell if you don't open the windows and doors. Run down neighborhood, elevator often stops working so you have to climb 7 floors, wrong address on the booking website, internet stops working 10% of the time, some minor problems with AC remote.

Good stay, walking distance from Old Town

Location!!! Right on the main boulevard, a good supermarket right around the corner, plenty restaurants on the same street, walking distance from Old Town Bucharest and the National Art Museum and other touristic locations. The host!!! The most amiable and nice woman ever! Very concern with what else she can help you with. Our 1 year old baby got sick and she called us to let us know that in case we might need a pediatrician she could help us with some recommendations. Very nice of her! Space! 2 bedrooms spacious enough for what you need. A good size living room. We felt that there was enough space to spread all our suitcases around the floor :)) A washing machine just in case of any emergency clothes washing. TV in every room. Netflix. A big fridge with freezer. Big closets in each bedroom. Very comfortable beds thank to IKEA 😁

There can be a bit of improvement in the cleaning department :) Overall the apartment was clean except the kitchen area. The sink needed a bit of scrubbing. We couldn't use the pots and pans because they were burnt already from past usage. We decided to buy 1 pan and to use chlorine to clean 2 forks,2 plates and 2 glasses. There was some water infiltration under the sink and it was smelling a bit funky. The appliances needed a deeper cleaning. Overall, it was okay, comfortable, decent, it had everything you might need but it needed a bit more detailed scrubbing. But nothing that you cannot do it yourself. You can always do what we did and go to the supermarket and buy a bottle of a cleaning product and a sponge and clean everything that you feel like it 😁

I absolutely loved the property and the owner! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Bucharest who is looking for a cozy affordable place to stay. The apartment is incredibly located, close to anything one might need from restaurants, bars, shops, market. It’s the perfect solution for a lovely stay in Bucharest!

We forgot the bring a cot for our baby, and the host arranged one last minute. They didn't have to do it, but they helped a lot! Lacation is great for our 1,5 year old with a playground right in front of the building. And for the adults lots of restaurants around.

Clean spacious and on a perfect location

The appartment has everything you need. 2 separated bedrooms + confortable sofa bed. It was very clean, we had water, coffee tea and fruits as a compliment we appreciated a lot. The location is perfect 15 min from the old town and close to subway.

apartment stinks, but the location is good, not worth the money, better rent a hotel.

Location is great, communication with the host was timely and great

1. There's a gross smell coming from the toilet. If you don't close the door to the toilet, the apartment stinks, if you close the door, you won't be able to brush your teeth/take shower in the morning as it stinks pretty badly even with an open window. 2. The apartment has cockroaches. 3. When I arrived, the cleaner was refusing to clean the second bedroom and I had to sort out the situation with the host personally, I told them that I paid the full price for the 2bedroom and I wanted the whole apartment clean, not just one bedroom. Nevertheless, the cleaner was giving me a look as if I was an idiot to ask for the full apartment to be clean. The host was nice tho and reflected to my request immediately. 4. The host will tell you that she can't do much about the apartment problems as they are city problems, nevertheless the fact stays about stinkness and cockroaches, so the price should be decreased IMO. The value that you'd get for the $ is rather low.

Value for money if you are 2 - 4 ppl. Host has another apartment with same layout so ideal for a group. Location is excellent

Our weekend in Bucuresti!

We had a great time and very much enjoyed our apartment! They have all the amenities and everything was clean, spacious and even treated us with extra goodies. The location is perfect to almost everything and very inexpensive to take a taxi is needed. Ana Mara went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, we are very thankful for her :-) Everyone was communicative to make sure we checked in and out we will definitely be coming back.

Parking. This is NOT the apartments fault, it is just part of being in a centrally located part of the city, but be prepared to pay for parking. It is a hit or miss to find a space right away if you are bringing a car.

Would have love to be there though.

The booking was not completed due to Covid-19 issues. I contacted the property in order to reschedule the appointment. I sent an e-mail, dind't get any reply, i tried to call and didn't get any response. In the end, the host called me after one week and told me what I want to do with the reservation. I told her that would be nice if it can be reschedule for September since it was booked because me and my friends wanted to go to Saga Festival, but it was canceled due to pandemic situation. She told me that it can be rescheduled in September if they have rooms available. It has been more than 3 months since then and didn't get any reply. I don't want the money back, the perfect situation was a reschedule of the appointment. I know that these are hard times for everyone, but would have been nice if they would have keep the communication with us. They can keep the money, that's totally fine, but I would never book again any accomodation from this host. Maybe the rooms are nice and clean, and everything else is perfect, but for me and my friends being nice and friendly matters the most. Cheers!
