Situated in Flagler Beach, this charming condo for $124 per night is a great option for your next break. Looking for a place where you can enjoy everything Flagler has to offer -- then look no more! Our apartment is nestled on the outskirts of Florida's historic "Loop" amidst majestic oaks, magnolias and palm trees and on the edge of Bulow Creek. We sit secluded on three acres of pristine Florida beauty. Enjoy your days relaxing on the dock, fishing, hiking, biking or taking in our gorgeous beaches. We are centrally located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, less than four miles to the Flagler Pier and Flagler's fabulous beaches. Come enjoy all that Flagler Beach has to offer – not only our fabulous beaches, but also our incredible, peaceful waterways, fabulous trails and scenic drives. THE SPACE: Living Room/Kitchen, 1Bedroom/1Bathroom. Our apartment is completely detached from our home and private in every way. Comfortably appointed, warm and cozy. After a busy day of fun, relax in the beautifully decorated living room complete with pull out sofa, flat screen smart TV, cable and internet. Fix your favorite meal in the cozy well-appointed kitchen or BBQ on the grill outside. Sink into the comfy queen size bed dressed with hotel quality linens for a great night's sleep. Relax, refresh, renew and rejuvenate your soul. Our long driveway sets you up for a beautiful surprise! Once the trees open up you will see a wide open property. Go straight to the first house on your right where your parking is located just outside the French doors. Enter into your spacious 600 sq ft, well equipped, and incredibly comfortable space. The main room is wide open and includes a living space, an eating area and a full kitchen. A short hallway leads you to find a full bath, a separate laundry room, and a bedroom to your left. Rest will come easy with a view of the gorgeous Old Florida Canopy outside your windows. Guest Access: This private apartment is separate from our house and there are no shared spaces. Guests have their own parking and access to the yard, dock, canoe, and kayak. Interaction with Guests: While we live on the property, we want your stay to be as private, peaceful and quiet as possible. Just know that we are here to assist you in any way we can. Policies: *No smoking/No Drugs *No pets *No parties or events *Check in 4:00pm and after *Check out 11am *Only guests indicated in the initial reservation are allowed to stay on the premises. *Our space accommodates 1 or 2 people. It is perfect for an individual or a couple. *Guests must be 25 years of age or older. *Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

The place is absolutely beautiful! So immaculately clean! My husband is an avid fisherman. He loved fishing off the beautiful dock and we enjoyed the sunsets. We were able to relax and chill! We can’t wait to go again! It’s old Florida at its very best! Greg and his wife are super sweet and kind! Beautiful place and beautiful people!

This is no ordinary apartment. It feels more like a beautiful home. The photos are great, but it is fantastic in real life.
Great care has been taken to put together an incredible space that contains everything one needs to ensure a comfortable stay.
It is hard to fully describe the peace and quiet you'll find here. Greg and Denise are gracious and attentive hosts. We truly enjoyed the grounds, it was like a nature preserve with the gardens and wildlife all around. Birds, squirrels, butterflies, etc.
I highly recommend, but please don't book "my week".

This apartment was even more beautiful in person than online. The unit was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was communicative but not intrusive. I will definitely stay here again in the future!!!

Such a great peaceful place, sitting on the dock watching the sunset and also enjoying a nice cup of coffee in the morning, listening to the sounds of nature.
The apartment is just perfect, comfortable bed and has all amenities you need for your stay.

We stayed here as a stopover weekend on our way home from the FL Keys. It was perfect for that purpose. We enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend. Sat on the dock both nights and watched the fish jump out of the water and the sunset. Got a great recommendation for pizza (Bronx Pizza) from the owner. I didn’t plan on doing any cooking on this leg of our trip but you could if you wash the dishes after each meal (no dishwasher and just the essentials for dishes, but plenty of choices for pots and pans). The bed was comfortable and the high ceilings made the place feel huge. For me it was like staying in a upscale hotel. Would definitely stay again if I am ever passing through there again. We had a lot of stuff with us because of the road-trip we were on and it was great to just park outside the door and bring everything in! This apartment is rather large and we had plenty of room for everything we had.

I was looking for a quiet, restful, rural setting, set apart from a fast pace vacation tempo. This was just the right choice. The place was simply beautiful, clean and welcoming. Very thoughtful accommodations.

Second time staying at Sunset Creek was enjoyable as expected. Clean cottage in a peaceful neighborhood but still very close to all the Flagler Beach activities. The comfortable and private dock is great for fishing whenever you have the urge. Hopefully will return next spring. Thanks for being great hosts!!!!

The property and apartment were really lovely and quiet. Very short travel time to anywhere we wanted to go. Sunset on the dock was beautiful.
Boats were not really usable. Canoe had standing water in it and kayak was very dirty and seat was not quite functional. No life jackets in sight.

We stayed in this lovely home over Labor Day weekend for our 3rd time. The location is great. Settled on a creek that you are welcome to fish amd canoe in but also only 5 minutes from the beach. The home is well stocked with any kitchen supplies you may need for cooking. Scenery of the property is beautiful. It's a quaint little piece of heaven

In a lovely neighborhood. Maybe 10 min to the beach and it’s a gorgeous scenic drive to North Peninsula State Park. Publix/CVS 5 minutes away. The place is well appointed. Looks exactly like the listing.

We love the Flagler Beach area and this apartment's location was perfect for visiting the beach, town, grocery store, and surrounding area.
The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We cooked most meals there and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the short walk out to the small waterway in the back and loved the Old Florida feel of the property. Looking forward to returning!

The only bad experience was not being able to enter the rental apartment due to being given the wrong entry code. I knocked on the door of the renter’s home, but a house guest answered the door who had no information as to how to gain entry. He and I both tried unsuccessfully to contact the renter. After my wife and I decided to drive the 100 miles back home another guest was able to contact the owner and gave me the correct entry code. Once we gained entry, everything worked out well and we had a great anniversary.
