Location central & quiet.
On arrival we advised the front desk the plug for the bathroom sink was missing.
Was never replaced in the 3 days we were there!?

We were attending an event at The Waterside, perfect location. It was clean, drink reasonably priced. Basic but clean. Staff were friendly. We had parking close by which we did not have to pay for.
No fridge in room and if I was staying again I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.
