Location was perfect for an overnight stay for work. Quiet and space to work in room. Good selection of snack etc in well fitted out kitchen.
Good value for money. Did not meet host but they were very quick to respond to messages.
Room was clean but a little scruffy with some cracks in wall and stickers peeling off.

This was an extreme last-minute booking, and I really appreciated the host's flexibility.
It was advertised as a double room, and it was a single, and not even a particularly large single. It had a shower unit, but the loo was separate, through the shared kitchen and hallway.
This was fine for me, but some guests might not like it.
