Large and luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms each with own door to the outside. Also included 2 chairs and small table inside and our room also had small patio table and 2 chairs outside.
If I really had to mention anything then I would say that the sensor for the outside light for our room needs to be redirected or moved because the light didn't come on until we passed the door which was at the end of the building and it was very dark down the footpath. (room 8)

The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed - have stayed a few times and always happy to return!
The space. The sensible well set-out bathroom. The tea/coffee. The comfortable bed. Do I need to go on?!!

Good sized & comfortable rooms. There was a welcome tray in each room & toiletries in the bathrooms. Lovely big towels.
Check in was very easy & welcoming.
Although not included in the price, the breakfast was good.
One of our party felt their bathroom could have been cleaner.
There could have been more staff serving at breakfast time as the one person we had seemed overwhelmed & not particularly friendly.

Staff a bit lax. I think they are probably students. They aren't really on it and tend to forget what you asked for. My drink sat at the end of the bar for ten minutes in the end I went and got it myself. I have stayed there three times as it is a convenient location so I have experienced this lax service quite often, it's not a one off. The rooms are nice, food is OK, not great. Very popular I think because there's not much else around and it's convenient for visiting Lotus cars. Lots of parking.
