Built in 2007 and thoughtfully outfitted with open beam cathedral ceilings, plentiful windows, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops, this elegant home sits right across the street from Chapin Beach - enjoying panoramic views of the ocean to one side and open marshlands to the other! What's nearby: This home is spectacularly situated on the edge of a marshland conservation area, right across the road from sunbathing, kayaking, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding on the shores of Chapin Beach. You'll be a half-mile stroll from Mayflower and Bayview Beaches on Cape Cod Bay, and only two miles west of the cute shops and restaurants in Dennis Village. The iconic Gina’s By The Sea is less than a quarter-mile down the road, and Chapin’s (great for food, drinks, and live music) is a quarter-mile walk in the other direction. This home was amazing. The location was perfect - spectacular views. The home was equipped with all that we needed from a Keurig to beach chairs.

Place was clean however the non-working 2 fireplaces, living-room ceiling lights & bedroom lamp, 2 showers, sliding glass door locks etc were unexpected and disappointing considering the cost of rental. Our daughter stayed in a bedroom on lower level it was very disconcerting that the sliding door would not lock. I reported each as discovered and was told issues would be addressed before next occupant. That was not the response I expected and disappointed me. This was my first experience with Vrbo Vacasa.

The location is perfect! Sun rises in the back of the house sunsets in front. Doesn’t get better. So spacious you could have 2-3 families staying here. Plenty of amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens. We can’t wait to come back!

A group of four couples stayed. Two had infants. There was plenty of space for us all. Everything was nice and clean. Very family friendly, there was a high chair and even had children’s spoons! Very pleased with this location.

This large home is perfectly located with both privacy and beautiful beaches. The house had a couple of things that did not work and the deck furniture needs to ne replaced for the most part.

Great deck overlooking marsh . Easy walk to beach. House is beautiful. Only negative is all chairs in the house and on decks need to be replaced as many are torn, broken or falling apart.

We stayed here for a family gathering. The layout of the home is very nice and the location is excellent, just a short walk from beautiful beaches. Home could be really great with a little TLC and adding some basic kitchen supplies that were lacking. We had some issues with the plumbing in the downstairs bathroom, but other than that, the home was nice.

No response from property/local manager despite before twice that someone would reach out to me. Good porches. Outdoor shower also needs a little attention with regards to landscaping around it and the white walls surrounding it need to be cleaned.

Beautiful, thoughtfully-furnished house in a great location by the perfect sandy beach. Wetland views from one side, ocean views from the other. A perfect spot for a family getaway! And parking, lots and lots of parking.
