Kid friendly and safe, this beach has a low tide that affords children the opportunity to explore tidal pools while allowing parents to relax from a distance. Find your own solitude through long walks on miles of beach and dune. In the evening, the sun sets over the Cape Cod Bay to create a bucolic and stunning landscape. This unique location boasts both location and size. This property can accommodate large groups - a rarity given its location. Furthermore, parking in this area is extremely limited. Typically, you won't find a property that can fit more than 3 or 4 cars. Well, don't sweat that here! This six bedroom home sleeps 14 and has parking for 8 cars! It also has separation to divide up your group appropriately. One entrance opens to a two bedroom home and the other entrance opens to a four bedroom home. This is perfect for the older generation that wants their privacy, or when dividing the space among multiple families. Together, it boasts 2 kitchens, 2 separate family rooms, and 3 full baths. Other amenities include central AC, all linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, Weber gas grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor seating and patio area.. The property is walking distance to two of the Cape's most popular restaurants - 'Chapin's' which is a new and popular family restaurant with an outdoor deck, ice cream window, and a large bar area with nightly entertainment with a neighborhood atmosphere and 'Gina's' which is famous for its intimate setting and chef-inspired Italian cuisine. Dennis, named the All American Town in 1978, is located in the middle of the Cape and remains small and delightful to visit. All Cape attractions are easily accessible from this central location with tennis and golf courses only minutes away. The first Summer Theater in America, The Cape Playhouse, is just down the street, as well as scores of antique shops, fine clothing stores, art galleries, superb restaurants, a marine aquarium & park, harbors with boat launching, rental & charter facilities. There are two fine restaurants within walking distance. We have two PGA certified golf courses, plus public and private tennis within three miles. The Cape Cod bike trail (a lovely 21 mile trail along salt marshes, lakes, ponds, cranberry bog and sand dunes) starts in Dennis. Tobey Farm (oldest family farm on cape cod) is two miles away. The Johnny Kelly Recreation Area, named after the famous Boston Marathoner who makes his home in this 'All American Town Of Dennis' is only five miles away.

Great home for our large family beach trip! The house was clean and very well stocked. We greatly appreciated the well appointed kitchen, extra beach towels, high chair, and shed full of beach chairs and sand toys. We loved how convenient it was to get back and forth from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The duplex was nice. The proximity of the property to a market, restaurants, and the beach was exceptionally convenient. It was an unusually hot weekend for the Cape and I think we were the first renters of the season. The gas fireplace was putting out heat (appeared to be more than just the pilot light) and inside the larger apartment it was unpleasantly warm with no ability to alter the thermostat. Some of the windows were painted shut also so we were not able to take advantage of the afternoon ocean breeze to help cool things down. But all in all, I would rent this duplex again. We had plenty of room for the 12 of us. And the back deck had ample seating for all 19 family members to gather for happy hour conversation prior to going out to eat.
