0.4 mile walk to Corporation Beach, Large front yard w/ large hammock, private setting, & beautiful gardens. Newly renovated bathrooms & kitchen as well as newly enclosed game room. Easy walk/bike to Dennis Village, restaurants, playground, theater & more.

More Information about house & area: Relax in this comfortable home with the privacy of a large yard (with large hammock) and secluded patio out back. There is also a detached large screened-in porch w/ an additional bonus room. This home is centrally located in Dennis Village - a hop, skip and a jump to the Dennis Playhouse & Cinema, Corporation Beach, fine dining, library, Cafes, Boutique Shops, Food Market and Cape Cod Museum. Lots to do with the children - have many playgrounds nearby, library, Nancy's Candy & Captain Frosty's

First off, Owner was great with communication. Which is always great. The house is a perfect location on the bay side of Dennis. Quick walk to corporation beach allowed me to drop the family off with all the beach gear and take a quick 10 min walk back to the beach. 2 min drive to grocery store or ice cream was also a bonus. House was everything my family needed and more. Anything we forgot was already at the house: beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, Etc. Couldn’t recommend anymore.
