About this house rental
Situated in Salzburgerland, this lovely house for $104 per night is a great option for your next break. Completely newly built, one-storey, barrier-free, light-flooded apartment, built with healthy building materials such as brick, lime plaster and wood. Very quiet location in the middle of a small village, away from mass tourism. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. These are furnished with a barrier-free shower in the torrent design, a ceramic wash basin including a flat mirror with LED lighting and a hair dryer. Rimless toilets incl. The soft closing system and the special eye-catcher in both bathrooms are the photo motifs in the shower, which were taken during a hike to the hanging stove (2056 m). Every room has a flat screen TV. In the front building there is an extra toilet with the same equipment. A utility room contains everything you need for in-between cleaning or washing clothes. Also in the front of the house are two shoe dryers, ideal to dry your shoes after a nice day of skiing or a long day of hiking. To relax, there is a spacious living room with a wonderful view of the mountains, an infrared cabin and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and of course a dishwasher. You can end the day on the comfortable and spacious leather couch, which can also be pulled out, as a cozy TV evening (Satellite TV) or with a good book. Free WiFi is also available. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is also a wood-burning stove in the living room with a sock dryer. two children's chairs and two cots and a children's sleigh are available. The apartment is ideal for children, as there are no crash sites and there are no thresholds or the like when romping around. In the summer months, entry to the nearby outdoor pool is included in the rental price. Two sledges are available free of charge in winter.

We loved our stay. The apartment id every comfortable and clean. The kitchen hasn't allow we needed. The views from the windows are very nice. The blinds outside the windows allow the apartment too stay cool on hot days. Fridolin and Maria are very friendly and welcoming hosts . We are definitely coming again !

Maria und Fridolin sind sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Standort ist optimal für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die nahegelegene Bergwelt bis zum Dachstein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wir haben mit unseren 3 Töchtern eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in St. Martin am Grimming verbracht. Von Fridolin und Maria wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und mit den wichtigsten Informationen zur Wohnung und der Umgebung versorgt. Auch die Absprachen vorab zur Anreise haben reibungslos funktioniert und die beiden waren sehr flexibel. Vielen Dank nochmal!!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (es hat uns an nichts gefehlt) und war außerordentlich sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Im Ort gibt es eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein kleines Schwimmbad. Das Highlight war der Besuch beim benachbarten Bauern, der Milch und Eier verkauft. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsziele für Kinder jeden Alters, auch bei unbeständigem Wetter.
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!

erholsamer Urlaub in perfekter Umgebung
Wir hatten eine perfekte Urlaubswoche inmitten schneebedeckter Berge. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt und noch darüber hinaus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bietet aus dem Wohnbereich einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge.
Die bekannten Ski- und Rodelgebiete sind alle in kurzer Anfahrzeit erreichbar. Der Ort selbst bietet naturnahe Ruhe und Erholung, perfekt um wieder ins Gleichgewicht zu finden.
Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder! :)

There are 2.5 bathrooms and a large open plan living room/dining room + kitchen. A utility room contains a washing machine. If the weather is nice, then the deck outside would be a great place to eat or enjoy a sundowner. We used the flat as a base from which to hike in the mountains. The owners are really friendly and responsive hosts. One note: there isn't a market in the village, so you'll need to shop prior to arrival at one of the stores along the B320 (Spar, Billa, Hofer are reasonably close by). In short: we loved our stay and would like to return again.

The property was extremely clean, well equipped, very tastefully furnished in a quiet locality and within easy reach by car of two larger towns.
Maria and Fridolin were very friendly and helpful, perfect hosts.

Ruhige Lage mitten im kleinen feinen Ort
Alles war sehr toll, weit über unseren Erwartungen, besonders positiv war:
- Das Haus ist in einem außerordentlich gepflegten Zustand
- Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
- Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, sowohl die Küche als auch der Rest (Spielesammlung, voll ausgestatteter Schreibtisch inkl. Broschüren über die Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und Karten, sehr scharfe Messer in der Küche und davon gleich mehrere, Plastikdosen, Geschirrtücher, Kaffee und Lebensmittel wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, sämtliches Grillzubehör inkl. Holz, Anzündhilfen, etc.)
Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliches und schön eingerichtetes Haus
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das haus war sehr net, sauber, gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. In dem Dorf gab es einen schönen Schwimmbad und am Anfang des Dorfes ein Geschäft und Bäcker beim Tankstelle. Sehr schöne Umgebung mit viele Ausflug- und Wander möglichkeiten.

Traumhafter Urlaub!
Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt ist vorhanden.
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Unser kleiner (4 Jahre) fand es auch toll und er will auch unbedingt wieder hier hin.
Wir werden die Ferienwohnung ganz bestimmt wieder buchen!

Wonderful Home and Host!
This property was lovely. Pristine and cleanly decorated, with artsy touches. Loved the layout. The kitchen had everything needed for putting together a nice dinner. The bathroom showers were great: large with really good water pressure. Wonderful neighborhood, with easy access to nearby towns and hikes. Maria, a friend of the owner, met us at the home and showed us around. It was unusually warm during our stay (end of October), so she brought out the patio table and chairs (had already been stored for the winter). Thank you! It was nice sitting outside in the morning drinking coffee, and during the evening as the sun was setting. We also made use of the infrared sauna after returning from our hikes. We highly recommend this home!

Von der Buchung bis zum CheckOut war alles so, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann: unkompliziert und sehr freundlich!
Die Wohnung ist top. Super und modern eingerichtet sowie sehr sauber. Man merkt recht schnell, dass viel Arbeit und Liebe in die Ferienwohnung gesteckt wurde.
Die Lage am Fuße des Grimmings, der Blick von der eigenen Terasse und die Möglichkeit das örtliche Freibad zu nutzen sind nur eine kleine Auwahl der Highlights.
Es wird hoffentlich nicht der letzte Besuch von uns gewesen sein...

There are lots of hiking routes, a magical waterfall and a swimmimgpool just around the corner. Also there are great places to visit within 20 minutes by car.

Fantastic house in a beautiful village
Our family spent 5 perfect days in this great house. It was very clean with a lot of space for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms with own bathroom was great, very clean and decorated with great taste.

Perfectly clean and tidy apartament
Wonderful hosts. They were waiting for us, despite the late check in (9 PM) just as promised. Fridolin and his girlfriend were very friendly, easy to communicate with. The apartment is just as described, and even nicer than in the pictures. There is more than enough space in every room, the living room is especially spacious. Everything was so clean and tidy as if the whole suite was brand new. There are big cupboards in each bedroom. There are two fully equipped bathroom, and also a separate toilet which is very comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen has every necessary equipment – microwave, electric pot, even a toaster. There is a drier for shoes (skiboots in winter) which was very nice after an excursion in rainy weather. Strongly recommended! Great thanks, Fridolin, we hope to return to you one day!

Hidden gem in a great location !
Apartment is located in a small village just about 25 minutes away from the main ski center Schladming Dachstein. The house is about one year old. Everything is new and very well equipped.You have a plenty of space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets...what do you need more ?:) The owners are very friendly. The area is very quite what was great.We enjoyed our stay and we definitely come back once again !
