Charming old building.
Owner was very welcoming. Provided afternoon coffee.
4 flights of stairs at the end of a long walk on the Camino. But not a big deal.

Abbiamo passato un giorno da Paolo e siamo rimasti incantati sia da questo alloggio cosi particolare che dalla gentilezza del nostro ospite. Paolo ci ha fatto sentire a casa, ci ha affascinato con la storia di questo paese e di tanti personaggi che hanno vissuto in queste zone. Ci ha dato preziose indicazioni sul nostro soggiorno, consigliandoci ad esempio la visita al meraviglioso Piccolo museo del diario.
Questo alloggio è adatto solo a chi cerca un ambiente vivo, con quell'arredamento variegato che sa raccontare del passato come nella propria casa d'infanzia; l'ospitalità dei tempi andati, lo stare seduti davanti a una birra a discutere di storia e arte. Un'esperienza che ti consente di non dare importanza a qualche piastrella traballante, al rubinetto gocciolante, insomma, a tutto ciò che caratterizza una casa antica.

Paolo is a wonderfully welcoming warm host, treated us with refreshing water and coffee upon arrival and served breakfast. The old architecture is unique and the bedroom had a comfy large bed and seating areas, prepped with a fan and eclectic in design with red walls. Small town area had restaurants, cute cafes, and a farmers market.
We didn't know that we would be sharing the flat with Paolo who has an atelier in the room beside, and although he was very hospitable and quiet during our stay, it would be best to know beforehand.
