Quietly situated holiday cottage in residential area. Comprises of 30 qm living/dining room, 3 bedrooms and fitted kitchen. Relax on the 40 qm terrace with seaview, a small 3 mins walk from holiday town Son Bou. All conveniences in vacinity - supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy. Has one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island - 3 km long - sandy and clean. Perfect for sunbathers, watersports, or strollers. 3 bedrooms - 2 double (2 single beds), 1 single (1 bed-couch).
Special rates in the winter season: The area is well-known for its wintermonths. Electric-heating in all rooms and an open fire provides a comfy warmth in the living room when needed. a pleasant stay on a wonderful island. the added value was definitely the location. Great location, beautiful house and the thing that we liked most is the atmosphere that we breathed and that made the holiday family-friendly in fact the taste in the details of furniture of the owners of the house made us feel at ease! Unforgettable sunsets on the terrace of the house!

Wir haben Anfang September mit zwei kleinen Kindern und fünf Erwachsenen eine Woche in der Villa Miranda verbracht.
Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Alles war in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die zwei Bäder waren sauber und ordentlich und hatten eine gute Größe. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es waren genügend Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Tag ausgiebig auf der schönen Terrasse gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Den Grill haben wir auch fast jeden Tag benutzt. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und sind zum einkaufen in die größeren Supermärkte in der Hauptstadt gefahren, da diese nur 20 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt waren. Brötchen haben wir meist in einer Bäckerei in Son Bou gekauft, die man auch zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Der Strand ist sehr schön und das Wasser ist sehr klar und sauber. Es Geht lange flach ins Meer, so dass der Strand auch für kleine Kinder ideal ist.
Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Menorca in den Urlaub gehen werden wir definitiv wieder in dieses Ferienhaus kommen, da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für eine Woche im Juli in der Villa Miranda. Das Haus war sehr schön, gepflegt, top Lage, das absolute Highlight definitiv die große Terrasse. Wir haben dort jeden Morgen mit Blick aufs Meer gefrühstückt, und abends noch lange dort Zeit zusammen verbracht! Bis zum Supermarkt waren es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand 10min entfernt. Wir hatten kein Auto gemietet - war bei dieser guten Lage auch nicht nötig!
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit super freundlich! Auch vor Ort war der Service durch die Vermietung toll! Wir haben die Woche in Menorca voll und ganz genossen, wir haben uns alle super wohlgefühlt und werden noch lange von der Villa Miranda erzählen und Bilder vom atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse zeigen :-)
