Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Man kann sich nach dem Trubel in der Stadt perfekt in dieser kleinen Oase mit Garten erholen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit guter Anbindung an die Öffentl. Verkehrsmittel! Neuwertiger Zustand mit authentische Einrichtung. Im Sommer kann man sicher den Garten gut nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern 5 Nächte in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen zu 100% erfüllt: alles sehr geschmackvoll, sauber, ruhig, ausreichend Platz, bestens ausgestattet, gut erreichbar, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber...in unseren Augen gibt es nichts zu verbessern! Wir haben in Wien viel unternommen und gesehen: Museen, Konzerte, Zoo, Prater,...,von der Ferienwohnung mit der U- Bahn alles ganz einfach zu erreichen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand mit Garten zum Austoben für die Kinder nach Besichtigungen. Ideal!

The property was nicely decorated, clean, and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed, and the rooms are spacious. The property location is central to necessities, including the subway, groceries, a bakery, a post office, and local restaurant. The property owner is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to talk too.

Klaudia promptly answered our questions before we booked the accommodation. Met us on arrival showing us around the excellent accommodation that met all of our families requirements and provided details on local shops and restaurants, specially organised bike storage in their shed, public transport options, garden for our children to use and where to park our car south of the train line as you can't park outside of the property Mon - Fri. Can't recommend Klaudia and the accommodation highly enough for a stay in Vienna, but without the city centre restrictions or price.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vienna, the property is in a great location, quite and we all had a relaxing stay. If we come back anytime, we will check if it is available.

My husband and I, along with my 29-year-old son, stayed in this charming, spacious, well-appointed garden apartment for five nights and had an absolutely wonderful time! Situated in a quiet Viennese neighborhood within a secured courtyard, we felt completely at ease in our surroundings. The lovely home provided everyone with their own private space and most comfortable sleeping quarters; and, the two bathrooms afforded three adults the opportunity to easily prepare for our busy days of touring. The full kitchen allowed us to leisurely begin each morning with coffee or tea, along with fresh croissants from a nearby bakery. Quiet, spotless, and perfect for our needs, the apartment’s ground level location overlooked a lovely back garden which would be ideal for use by families traveling with children. A plus was excellent wi-fi service, as both my husband and son needed to occasionally check-in on business back in the States. Additionally, the clothes washer was a most welcome asset as our stay in Vienna was at the end of our two and a half weeks of travel. Although rainy weather precluded us from using a clothes line in the garden, a drying rack and towel warmers in the bathrooms were great assets in speeding up the clothes-drying process. We loved being just outside of central Vienna, a bit past Schönbrunn Palace, and were thrilled to be within a short walk of the local U-Bahn station which took us into the heart of the city within a few minutes. Additionally, we enjoyed availing ourselves of the local shops and restaurants in the immediate area when our sightseeing for the day was done. An added bonus was the full-service market located just a short walk away where one can replenish household supplies and dash in for snacks as needed. I would highly recommend this beautiful property for a group of 4 to 6 people who are looking to visit this musically historic city and wish to immerse themselves in the experience of "living" in Vienna as a local. We especially appreciated the care and attention provided us by Ms. Klaudia Schafer-Wais and her family. As the family resides on the villa’s upper floors, we had the added benefit of on-site owners should any issue arise. Responsive to our questions and proactive with suggestions both prior to and upon our arrival, Klaudia was an absolute joy to work with. We would not hesitate to again book a stay here and look forward to doing so in the future.

What a wonderful apartment! The apartment is in excellent location. It's right outside the city but just close enough to have access to all major transportation (U-Bahn is only a 5 minute walk). The apartment is also close to a beautiful park, bakery, post office, grocery stores and restaurants. My three kids (3,7, & 9) truly enjoyed the garden which has a swing set and trampoline. My kids loved playing with Klaudia's daughters. Klaudia is an amazing woman. She has such a kind soul and she goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy. We stayed for a month and every week she came in to change sheets and cleaned the apartment. When I come back in a couple of years this is the only place I will stay! Thank you Klaudia for sharing part of your home!

This was absolutely perfect. We were a family unit with 3 kids from 2-11. The rooms were extremely large for what we needed for sleeping and had televisions available. The kitchen was just perfect for everything we needed. Best of all, the backyard and the family hosting the home away. The back yard had plenty of space for getting all of the kids energy out- including swings and a trampoline! The family that hosts this beautiful place is probably the nicest group of people ever. Our hosts brought some wonderful homemade baked goods that were a highlight of the trip! The U4 is just a few blocks away for easy access to the underground line. The street car line is just a block and a half away. Seriously could not be any easier to have access throughout the city. We already had favorite places to visit by the end of our visit- Felber bakery up on linzer Street for morning bakery- Ashauer butcher shop which has the best liptauer - the Medl Bräu for meals.... we can't wait to visit again, but next time we are definitely staying longer.

Quiet, beautiful, family-friendly place. The hosts Klaudia and Guido were super friendly and helpful. Just a 5 minute walk to the subway station that took us to Old Town Vienna. Large park with a nice playground within 3 minute walk. Bakery, grocery store, bank ATM access and post office all within 5-10 min walks. There's a lack of restaurant choices but if you don't mind dining while you're touring about, this place is perfect!

I fully agree with the already posted wonderful reviews of this property. We were not disappointed! This was perfect for anyone but Klaudia and family went to extensive lengths to make this experience meet our exact needs. The family not only provided a beautiful apartment with a wonderful garden but also acted as cultural liaison/concierge/travel advisor. I loved the fact that the kitchen really had every thing I needed to do real cooking. We often stay at fully furnished apartments but then end up with disappointing meals because the cookware and knives are usually poor. Not here! The kitchen was wonderfully appointed and also stocked with all the basics so you don't have to waste time/money/energy purchasing oil/salt/basic spices. (She even had bay leaves and a milk frother.) We were happy with the location because it was so close/quick/easy to everything with the U-bahn (subway). We have 2 small children (ages 2 and 5 years) and they provided us with everything we needed to feel like we were at home and also save us from carrying extra stuff from home->she set up a crib, changing station, kids books and toys, and provided games and a stroller! The garden had furnished playhouse and balls and riding toys and bikes and safe trampoline! There were also converter/adapters! They have indeed updated the Internet to a 5 gig in addition to the 2.4. It was very nice to have a washing machine so we didn't need to bring as much clothing. We were traveling in April so most days were nice and we hung laundry outside to dry but the laundry dried very quickly inside on rainy days due to the nice heat and modern radiators. The bedding and beds were so comfortable and the esthetics of the apartment so soothing. I would also see if you can arrange to order bread from her or cake or strudel as she is excellent at baking! Thank you to Klaudia and family for making our Vienna dream come true!

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas week. The owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and spotlessly clean. This place is great for children with an outside play area and nearby park. Convenient location as well. We had a bit of challenge with the wifi (worked reasonably well for 1 machine but then get wonky if tried to get more than 1 device on it) but I understand from the owner that they will be upgrading that.

Everything about this apartment was excellent and certainly matched its appealing description, facilities and pictures. It is set in a quiet attractive suburb with the U-Bahn just five-ten minutes' walk away to take you to Karlsplatz in 20 minutes and is on the right side of the city for Schönbrunn, for example. (We actually enjoyed the journeying.) And there's a local restaurant/brewpub just round the corner serving traditional food and superb beer. The owner Klaudia could not have been more friendly and helpful (and speaks fluent English). Including during advance emails, she answered all our queries clearly and reassuringly, offered to make bookings for us, did a small shop ready for our arrival, and made the sensible house rules clear and simple. The place was beautifully clean and felt homely and welcoming. We would definitely book again and recommend it wholeheartedly. Vielen Dank, Klaudia.

We made the best decision ever by selecting this property for our short visit in Vienna! It was so spotlessly clean that you could eat off the floor. Not one speck of dust anywhere. Better than all of the 5 star hotels and Inns that we stayed in all over Germany, Austria and Belgium on our two week adventure. In fact, we were worried that we'd mess it up. The famous Hotel Metropole in Brussels could take a lesson from them. They thought of everything to ensure our comfort and our wonderful stay in Vienna will be in our memories forever. I especially liked having a washing machine to use, I knew this in advance so I was able to bring a smaller suitcase than usual, saving many trips up lots of staircases with heavy suitcases at our other locations on our adventure that didn’t have elevators. This feature alone should be a deciding factor. Several TV’s were in the rooms but we opted to play a fun game of cards at the kitchen table and upload our vacation photos to Facebook while we played. (Great wireless internet connection!) My husband enjoyed having a coffee maker and coffee and she even brought us a cake to enjoy for breakfast. It was delicious and quite appreciated. Amazing hospitality. He gave us tips on what to see and do in Vienna and saved us from our silly attempt to think we could drive into the city and find a parking space. He advised us where to go, what important things to see and how to get there. It was a quick 5 minute walk from the apartment, we got in to do our sightseeing and had a lovely dinner within a few minutes on our first night. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. The garden and potted plants were beautiful and their attention to detail was obvious in everything. So glad we took his advice and went to see the market on Saturday. Fresth fruit and spices and everything you could imagine. We saw almost every important landmark. (you can see which ones to visit from the lovely framed prints hanging on the walls in the kitchen) The decor was very nice. The master bedroom was large with lots of closet storage space, the beds were comfortable with nice soft sheets. Both bathrooms were so clean, they looked brand new. I especially loved the huge bathtub. We didn't want to leave, and if we weren’t in stealth sightseeing mode we would have just chosen to stay home and enjoy this adorable space. I am going back to see more of Vienna. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
