About this house rental

This spacious vacation home is located on a hill in the area of "Lomas de Cabo Roig". The upper terrace offers views of the sea. With private garden and parking space. Located in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to all amenities. Excursions to Cartagena, Murcia, Torrevieja or Elche are within a radius of about 30 km. Also golf players can choose between 3 different golf courses. With common pool area - ideal for families with children.

We felt comfortable in the house, nicely furnished with enough space for 4 people. Despite some minor issues like a broken second toilet and defective washing machine, overall we recommend this house for a vacation.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohl gefühlt. Es ist nett eingerichtet und hat genug Platz für 4 Personen. Leider war das zweite wc defekt und wurde erst am 5. Tag repariert. Die Waschmaschine war defekt und man konnte 3 Fenster nicht verriegeln und man hätte sie von außen aufschieben können. Da Gitter vor den Fenstern waren, war das nicht so schlimm. Repariert wurden sie in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat jeweils sehr gut funktioniert und auch die Abrechnung des Verbrauchs. Alles in allem können wir das Haus für einen Urlaub weiterempfehlen.
