In this comfortable townhouse in Santa Pola, near the beach of Tamarit, you are offered 3 fantastic terraces to enjoy the sun at any time of the day.
The fine sandy beach and its promenade are ideal for long walks, bike rides, skating or enjoying the sound of the waves. Just 2.5 km from the port of Santa Pola, you will find numerous pubs, restaurants and entertainment options. Don't miss the fish market, with fresh fish from the bay, open daily from 7pm. Also visit the natural park of Las Salinas with a great variety of birds, especially its famous flamingos.
Baby crib and high chair are available on request and with extra charge.

Bien situé . Appartement très bien équipé. Très agréable à vivre.
Peut-être petit bémol sur l'éclairage, si on pouvait remplacer les lampe en néon par des ampoules lumière douce.

Generally the property is good . We stayed in many self catering accommodations across Spain so i can’t complain about this one .
It is fully equipped , you have literally everything coffee machine toaster etc, enough cutlery and crockery , even paella pan ha ha
Location is perfect , beach almost across the road , never overcrowded as it’s on the outskirts of Santa Pola. Safe and gated neighbourhood , shops close by, fantastic beach
However few bits to be improved
1. First and most disappointing - they charge for linen and cleaning . I would agree somehow with cleaning but it is overpriced , sorry . What I don’t agree at all it charge for linen. We were not expecting that one and were left with the feeling we were kind of ripped off when had to pay extra 190€ for linen, cleaning , electricity upon arrival :( this definitely must be included and reflected in the rental price
2. Second major issue - no aircon in the room on the top floor , and that was a nightmare considering nights it is 27-29 degrees
3. Wi fi - not working at all , probably because of cheap provider . extremely bad signal had to use 4G to work somehow from home
4. Wobbly beds in 2 rooms on the 1st floor , extremely noisy with every turn
If all that is fixed we would happily return there :)
But overall we had a nice time staying in this house

Jeg har holdt tre ugers ferie i lejligheden, og vejret har været helt fantastisk alle tre uger.
Min anmeldelse af lejligheden:
Det er svært at kommunikere med den der modtager når vedkommende slet ikke forstår et eneste ord på engelsk, og jeg ikke kan så mange ord på spansk.
Lejligheden er som sådan ok, stuen er meget mørk, og ret kedelig møbleret, men med det gode vejr var vi der ikke. Kun nogle få aftener, hvor vi i den grad blev angrebet af millioner af myg.
Soveværelserne var ok, MEN madrasserne var et mareridt, de burde skiftes, de ødelagde ihvertfald min nattesøvn. Lige meget hvilken seng, næsten.
Låseanordningerne på de fleste døre og skodder fungerede heller ikke rigtig. Bagdørens låsetøj var bare en “skyder” hvor den anden halvdel var ved at falde af. Det kunne trænge til et eftersyn, det var ikke helt betryggende.
Jeg fik besked om, at der ville være check af lejligheden dagen før min afrejse, bla. med hensyn til strøm?? Men der dukkede aldrig nogen op.
I har bedt om min mening, og den har i fået.
Men vi har haft en god ferie.
