Located in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely house for $354 per night is a great choice for your next trip. "Grace and E's" - Good times and happy days will be your memory! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single family home is in the quiet Sea Oats Community. Only a few blocks from Johnnie Mercers Pier and conveniently located next to public beach access #9, this central location is sure to become the new family tradition! As you enter the foyer you may immediately access the garage, the stairwell that leads to the main living level, or the first guest bedroom that is furnished with a Pyramid bunk bed. Upstairs, the main living level of the home has a casual floor plan. It is extremely spacious and offers an open concept living, dining and kitchen area - great for entertaining and gathering loved ones. The kitchen and living room are lined with large glass doors and windows. Natural light floods the home during the day and creates a wonderful combination of indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy evening dinners and morning coffee on 2 levels of decking as the waves crash in the background. Decks may be accessed from the main living level of the common area and top floor bedrooms. There is a guest bedroom down the hall on this level that is furnished with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs on the third floor you will find the large primary suite. Furnished with a queen-sized bed, this suite provides access to the exterior deck and a private bathroom that includes dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large garden tub. The second guest room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and offers convenient access to the deck. The third guest room is perfect for junior family members! A pyramid bunk bed and stand-alone twin sized bed help make this room versatile for children, teens, and adults. To make your vacation preparations easier, the property owner has provided all the comforts of home including a wide variety of bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, children’s beach toys, and a beach wagon to help tote everything to your sandy oasis. The fun isn’t just limited to outdoors – there is an Amazon Fire stick, ROKU, Wi-Fi, Wii, and an extensive DVD video collection. With the many extras, including all the beach supplies, you'll be happy to know you don’t have to pack beach items for your getaway. This was our first time at this property and our first time using VRBO. The property was excellent. It was steps away from the beach and had so many amenities that they provided for us to use. The house was a great size and had plenty of space. I would highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay especially if you’re looking for the perfect place for your family. A beautiful quiet cozy place! We enjoyed every minute we had, if I could go back I’d pick this place again in a heartbeat!! Not to mention the 2 mins private walk to the beach. I miss this place so much it will forever have a place in our hearts!

We picked this house for a family reunion of 11 for its incredible location practically on the beach and walking distance to pier, and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect, and the number of rooms worked well for us too. We also loved the decks for the views and being able to find a shady spot any time of day. Where this property lost a star, in our opinion, was cleanliness and age. In this price range we expected more. It needs new paint in the entire interior. For instance, the entire staircase wall has gray streaks and smudges, no doubt from kids running up and down. The beds and bedding were average, and the fact that we had to make our own beds out of the shrink-wrapped packages was a bit annoying. Yes, you got to see that way that they were clean, but one should be able to assume that in any case. Also, not having a king size bed in the owner's bedroom felt a bit undersized, as it is easily big enough to accommodate it. Whereas the bunk room is very small and cramped, even though it sleeps four. All in all the house is well stocked, which is great, but it feels like it hasn't been updated in the last 15 years. On our first night, we found a colony of ants in the kitchen. They were simply everywhere. We did alert the landlord and they did offer to bring in pest control, but who wants to have the house sprayed while they're staying there? A discount would have been more appropriate, but was declined. If you want a luxury home, don't come here. If you just want a big family home and have a lot of kids with you, it's probably well suited.

Gas grill was nice (would've been nicer on the deck, but I know it keeps better in garage). Beds were comfortable with several blankets available.
Location was great, short walk to the beautiful beach. Short drive to grocery store, playgrounds, attractions and restaurants.
Owner was responsive, check-in and check-out were extremely easy. Everything was spotless.
Only improvements- have a way to connect to the surround sound via bluetooth. Figure out a way to recycle (only trash available).

We had a wonderful week at 4 Sea Oats. The house is clean and spacious. The owner provides beach chairs and bikes amongst other things. The deck has a large table for outdoor dinners or just sitting for an afternoon or evening cocktail. The beach is accessible through an adjacent walk way and the surf is good. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space.

We had a great time. Great location. Close to the beach and plenty of room. We arrived early on check in day and Bryant Real Estate was very accommodating in getting us in early. Having the use of the garage was key. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Won't bring these items next year. All in all a great trip.

We rented 3 locations during the May 28 weekend. Rippy, Grace and E, Marass. Overall the units were very good. Except the sulfur smell in the water at Rippys. The whole process with Bryant was frustrating. We were nickled and dimed with charges. Lost emails. Long forms. Much less user friendly than Air BNB. A lot of time and hassle. Staff was responsive when called on.

Grace & E's gave us the ultimate family experience. The house was clean and well appointed. Every detail was well thought out. The wifi and cable connections were excellent. We especially enjoyed the variety of board games in the evening. There was plenty of cookware and dishes. The bedrooms were great and each couple had lots of privacy and comfort.
It was a quick walk to the beach.
Local restaurants are close and the grocery store was just over the bridge. We would certainly come again.

This condo is just steps away from the path to the beach. I love that we had plenty of designated parking in the condo area, an outdoor shower to keep the sand out and plenty of space on 3 floors for us to go to bed early or sleep in without disturbing anyone else in the house. I was very comfortable, cool and clean.
