The location.
Everything else. Old. Doesn't feel clean. Chair had some huge, wet, oily spot in it when we got into the room. 2 bed options are FAR from the elevator. Staff was RUDE. Personality must not be a requirement to work there. Overpriced for what you get. I expected so much more.
