5 on 5 for sheer convenience. Directly backs to Wrightsville beach. 1-2 min walk.
1 on 5 for wifi: wifi would not work inside our room.
1 on 5 for cleanliness of room: you could feel sand on the floor on your bare feet inside the suite . It wasnt vacuumed throughly (best bet - rented out back to back without cleaning). There was the odor of “old wet towels” throughout suite. It’s definitely not the ocean air. The suite needed to have been aired sufficiently. May be run a heater to remove dampness .
I gave it a 4 on 5 overall because of sheer location and convenience.

Loved the layout and space of the suite. It was so clean which is hard to find at the beach. It was great to have a balcony overlooking the ocean and the beach just steps away. The Oceanic restaurant is right next door where we had dinner one night and the food was delicious. I totally recommend staying here!

What a great location at an affordable price for a get away with family. Grandson loved the beach and the pool. We’re already planning next years visit.
