The bed was not comfortable, the jets in the only hottub did not work. The view from the room was lovely but patio very small.

Overall our stay was pleasant. When I called to see the difference between traditional and deluxe I was told the deluxe suites were more modern and renovated. We figured it was worth it and paid the extra cost for a deluxe suite. It was definitely not worth it. Our suite looked traditional and to top it off our kitchen lights didn’t work and the room tv remote didn’t work either. We asked for extra pillows the first night we checked in and never received them. We had to ask for more towels as the room was only equipped with 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. We did receive those. The room was clean and the view was amazing. Our stay wasn’t long so we didn’t make a big fuss about the lights nor the TV not working. I did speak to a manager at check to address the issues and make sure they get those fixed. We planned this trip to getaway and relax at the beach for a bit and we didn’t want to waste our time complaining about the issues but it does ruin the expectations and experience a bit.

While the location was good, the room was nor up to par. There was fake eyelash on the phone, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart, the curtains in the room were broken, had no set television service only freevee and pluto. The bathroom had dark spots on the trim. Bed wasn't very comfortable. As I said earlier the location is great but the room needs much needed updating and not worth the price I paid. It looked like there was green algae in the inside pool area. It was not all bad, the staff were good and responded timely with additional towels and check in.

Upon entry hotel was nice. The computers were down so it took longer than it should have to check in and we could not get room keys initially which was annoying. However, staff did finally decide they would take us to the room so we could settle. But we had to wait there until they called to give us room keys until we could leave. The pool area was clean. The way to the beach was not far and it was well kept up. The room was clean. It looked to be an older hotel than I thought it was. Linens were clean and white. Was even room for two but anymore and it would have been tight even though the room was supposed to sleep 4. Separate bedroom was nice. Living room furniture was comfortable.

It’s off season, so rates were excellent. We loved this place and would definitely go back. So much ROOM - and TWO bathrooms! My husband and I each had our own sink and toilet. Shared shower. Right on the beach!

Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable but pull out couch was not. View pools were awesome as well as view. My only complaint was with the restaurant. We got 2 appetizers and 2 teas and it was over $40. I knew he didn’t charge us correctly but I didn’t want to be a nag.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The mattress was not as comfortable as we are used to. It was springy and extra firm, we could feel the springs. the firmness of the mattress put pressure on hips and shoulders, we are side-sleepers. The sofa was nice but saggy and difficult to climb out of, but neither of these were deal-breakers, nor was this thr4id item. Housekeeping had no extra bathroom tissue rolls and we needed to call the front desk for a spare. We could have gone down and picked it up but chose to wait until staff was on the job after 8 am. The product was brought to us, but housekeeping could have had an extra rolls in the cabinet or something like that. We ate at the restaurant and also ordered room service at another meal. Everyone at the bar and restaurant was friendly. The property sits at the end of the island and there is an extended beach beyond the hotel frontage which is unique and quite nice!

Beautiful ocean front rooms. Furniture was dated in 503. Needs to be replaced but enjoyed an early morning walk on the beach, the heated pool and hot tub. Love this hotel!

Check in was a breeze with friendly staff. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Nice location with easy access to everything. In house restaurant was less than desirable and needed a deep cleaning.

The hotel and staff was great. Computer went down during check in but the staff handled it great and finished the check in process manually and did a quick job of it.

The apartment style and beach view was great! Garage parking was also a nice perk. Wrightville Beach seems very peaceful and everything was great until it was time to check out. We ended up being charged twice...once when we pre-paid and even more under a new reservation. The unnecessary and more expensive charge was refunded, but the environmental and parking fees were paid both times and this couldn't be refunded (thankfully only $24) but no less annoying. Plus we still have to wait a couple days to be refunded $291 + $100 for incidentals. Though frustrating because there was no need for the new booking, look at the beautiful sunrise.

This is a nice resort, with a couple of pools and a restaurant that is sometimes open. The bed in our unit was incredibly hard but otherwise it was a nice suite. Nothing terribly fancy about it but it didn't come with a fancy price so it was good for the money.

The property is old and run down. The unit itself was outdated, had cracks, moldy spots, needed more and fresher towels, would've liked an actual blanket since it was cold when we went. The couch in the living room was very small and very stained. Balcony was smaller than it seemed in the pictures. No extra toilet paper, no extra trash bags, no hands soap in kitchenette, 1 tiny shampoo and no conditioner. It was a 1 star hotel in my opinion. Location was great but this "resort" is no resort.

We visited in January, and appreciated the offseason rate. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful and made the resort feel welcoming. The ocean view from our room was spectacular. We appreciated the proximity of the parking garage to our unit. Pool, etc., looked good and people were using it but it was January so we skipped that treat. Easy beach access. Loved the coffee brewing in the lobby, and found the breakfast very good. Overall, we found it to be pleasant for a short stay. We plan to return. Minor critiques: change the shower rod to the bowed kind so bathers have more room in the shower; supply those tiny soaps for the shower and bathroom sinks separately; the TV turned on by itself, which was kinda creepy. The bedroom is pretty small for two full-sized beds, but it is workable for a few nights. Bedroom closet was basically inaccessible due to the size of the beds. Luggage rack was pretty useless because there's no room to set it up in the bedroom. Ditch the accent pillows. We put them on the closet shelves, but less-careful guests will probably toss them on the floor.

The room was not clean, soap scum on counters and appeared to be used as utility closet with parts paint and light bulbs in drawers, closet meant for guest clothing and sticking out from underneath the bed. We also had to leave one night early due to flooding warning and they refused to compensate even a partial refund for the night we did not stay.
