Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Great shower and everything was super clean. Check in was made really easy by excellent directions and host was really responsive with any questions I had.
It is a little out of the main tourist part of the city but it’s very simple on the tram or you can walk it in about 30-40 mins.

The location is great as it is a couple minute walk away from the tram that goes directly into the center of Florence (about 10 minute tram ride). It is a much more residential area so there is not a lot of noise or disturbances. There is working air conditioning in the room and the shower is very nice. There are also some cookies and coffee and snacks that are refilled each day. Francesco is a great host and he knows a lot about the city if you need some help!

The place was amazing. The upkeep of the house and the rooms is very good. It is at a 2 minute walk to the nearest Tram Station which can take you in the city or Manoj station in 10 minutes. Anton was very helpful. He guided us immediately with all our questions. Offered complimentary water and cookies too. House keeping of the room is done daily so you come back to fresh and clean rooms. Overall definitely worth booking.
There are in total 3 rooms so can be booked for a bigger group too. The living room is beautifully decorated.
