It was a great location and room
I did have some minor issues with spiders upon arrival, but I understand as the windows rarely have screens

The location was perfect, in a safe neighbourhood, with a very affordable and friendly italian-peruvian restaurant nearby, and an easy 20 minutes wals to the city centre. The room and restroom were very clean, and had everything you need, plus they tidy and replace the toiletries evey day.
There are a couple of things that might require a bit of adapting to, but certainly not deal breakers: the room was a bit cold at night and in October at least, they didn't have aheating system ready. Also, you will hear a bit of street noise and maybe some shaking from the street buses. They will however, give you extra blankets if you need them, and in general, the owners are very polite and helpful.

The hotel is very well located and well connected to the main attractions of Florence — most places are also within walking distance. The owners are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

Very quiet rooms, comfortable to sleep. We arrived close to the checkin deadline and called the reception, he said he will wait for us even if we are late. Location is a bit far from main attractions but there is a bus 23 which goes every 10 mins or so. Even though it stops literally everywhere and takes a bit too long, it is easy to get to the hotel.
The hotel is shaking quite often (like an earthquake)! Maybe because it's an old building and shakes when car goes by but it's the first time I've seen something like this. Staff is nice but not very helpful to our questions. Taking a shower is nightmare, water builds up at your foot in like 2 seconds.
