Location and staff, and the common bath was really good edition.
It was too overcrowded for me, felt like i was in airport. to sleep was bit hard.
And it was bit complicated for to find out what was where

Breakfast was good. Location is great, very well served by public transport. Nice relaxing reading areas. Once checked out, you are not hurried out.
Everything was fine. It's a capsule hotel, and a good one. Couples can go as there are separate capsules for men and women.

Good location. I stayed in a room with a bathroom at a Toyoko hotel when I arrived in Fukuoka and with breakfast this was cheaper than the Hearts capsule hotel. Also, I had to spend another 1400 Yen to use a large storage locker overnight which made my stay at the Capsule 2200 Yen more expensive than the Toyoko room.
The experience of living in a box with my possessions in 2 separate lockers and no private bathroom.

The location was great.
The ladies bathroom were smelly and the carpet was dirty. The room was really cold and when I asked for an extra blanket i got a very light cover instead after refusing the towel they had offered as a blanket (shame).
