Lovely sea view right by the sea very relaxing looking out to sea.
Unfortunately they were working on the sea wall, so one could not walk along to the Esplanade in Ventnor.
However that was not to much of a problem,we use to walk the other way.

A bit of a hill to walk up to get the town which may be a problem for some. And it was a shame the promenade was shut.

Location was superb, communication from owner always prompt and no problems whatsoever.
Only "negative" was no fully enclosed outside area for the dogs but this in no way detracted from our stay. They loved it too.

so close to the Sea, looking out everyday whilst eating breakfast I would never get tired of !! Ventnor is a lovely place and the Spy Glass Pub does excellent food again right on the sea front. would recommend and will be returning again next year.

Location was excellent.
The instructions for using things clear.
Some money was left for the meter
Everything was what you would describe as okay, but some updating needed. The bed had a wardrobe right next to it so nowhere to put anything.
It did say dog friendly which didnt make a difference to us but dog cushions took up room in the lounge and bedroom.
The neighbours were friendly but one group very noisy at night

Great location and very nice little property, perfect for couples! Communication from the host Haylie was brilliant and we felt very welcome and at home! Will be returning in the near future and we cannot recommend this property enough!
The walk up the hill to get essential shopping was hard but the exercise done us good!😄

Location was superb, accommodation had brilliant views and close to the coastal path which made walking into Ventnor very easy and relaxing. We really had a relaxing holiday and would definitely go again

The villa was a great spot with vast sea views and the sound of the waves breaking nearby. The villa was really bright & cheerful, the pictures didn't do it justice. Both Bonchurch & Ventor were within easy walking distance. Haylie was always quick to reply to any queries. I would definitely recommend this little place to stay.
