Exceeded our expectations! ❤️ We absolutely loved our stay here. Ate Janeth and Kuya Marco were incredibly hospitable and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They even graciously let us use the swimming pool at their other property, which was such a thoughtful gesture!
The place itself is very homey, cozy, and relaxing. We really appreciated the airy feel and how much natural light comes in.
If we could give just one small recommendation, maybe adding some curtains/blinds in living room areas like in the bedroom could make it feel even cozier at night.

The villa had some great features, including cold filtered drinking water and a lovely pool that we really enjoyed throughout our stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk into El Nido town, so close enough to pop in but far enough away for some peace, with a stunning view of the nearby islands (albeit obstructed by water tanks).
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that impacted our experience: the mattresses were very thin and the beds were extremely squeaky, which all of our guests commented on; the water dispenser was covered in slime inside when we changed the bottle, so we deep cleaned it ourselves; during the wet season the steps and slope up to the villa as well as the rooms become dangerously slippery. Two guests slipped (completely sober), and my fall resulted in a grade 2 elbow fracture, which ruined the last three days of my trip and I have been unable to go back to work yet. The freezer door was broken, and we only received one towel each for the entire stay and no pool towels. Although the owner kindly emptied the bins and replaced the water, I wish it had been communicated that they would enter the villa while we were out. Note 2 x tricycles waiting at El Nido airport was 900php compared to the 1200php offered by the host.
