Malheureusement je suis tombé malade de l’estomac après que l’on m’ai servis un thé suite un massage, cela a duré quelques jours et m’a empêché de faire des excursions

The pyramid was gorgeous; so unique and the views were extraordinary through the floor to ceiling windows. The AC worked very well and it was nice having the private patio area as well. The pool area was beautiful and had several lounge chairs with umbrellas. We had breakfast and lunch at the property and both were very delicious; there was a large menu with many cultural dishes including Filipino, Indian, European and American. The free shuttle to our next hotel was a lovely offer - I believe the shuttle goes also to town but we didn’t use it.
I enjoyed everything and here are a couple notes to future guests. There is an option to reserve a car from the hotel to pick you up from the airport for P3500 and there is also the option of hiring a tuk-tuk at the airport for P400.
Also to note there is a considerable incline to the get to the property so it might be a challenge for some to walk from town. We did not brave the incline as it is only a cheap and quick 4-5 minute ride on tuk tuk

The room design was nice! And the personal buggy service to other restaurants was great.
The restaurant/ bar / pool was tiny. The food was below average. The staff didn’t understand English and laughed every time we asked for something at the restaurant and would walk over the talk to each other and then three staff would approach to ask what was needed. I think the staff need much more training.
The food was below average and very plain. We needed up going for dinner in another resort down the road “frangipani resort” which was absolutely amazing quality of food every single time we went and the resort is situated on the water.
Pool is so small considering all the rooms they have the Kuana.
Also the room always smelt like sewerage and waste from the toilet.
