About this apartment rental

Third floor OCEAN FRONT 3 bedroom, 2 bath updated apartment with wonderful views! Includes microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, 3 TVS, 3 DVD players, WiFi. Sea Colony is a full service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. (Recreation fee of $58.00 per person per week-not optional) Saturday to Saturday Rental.
