This property is amazing. The location is perfect. Far enough out of the town to make you feel you are in your own private piece of paradise but close enough to enjoy all that Airlie and its surroundings has to offer.
We had to leave and return to our reality!!

Excellent location and very comfortable. Short walk down hill to main hub of town. Very good continental style breakfast.
Not use to do our own breakfast when classed as a B&B, and clean up.Beautiful location overlooking
One bedroom had bathroom and toilet used by others. No bathrobes provided to use outside room when encountering other guests.

The breakfast was help yourself and choose your perch on the balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. A fresh fruit platter was provided for guests each early morning. Mick also bakes tasty treats to have with our coffee.
Guests share stories of their travels and day trips throughout the day and the evening.
Can't suggest any improvements. The floors shine with cleanliness.
Our room was available for us to occupy the moment we arrived on the transfer bus.
Mick is only too pleased to make people's stay as enjoyable as possible.
