Bunyola is a perfect starting point for hiking and biking tours. Palma and beaches are just 20 minutes away by car. The village House no. 11 is located uphill on a stone staircase in the old part. The living area is approximately 80 square meters on three floors. (. 1 Floor dining room / kitchen / patio -. 2 Floor work / living room / bathroom. 3 Floor bedroom and roof terrace). The house is well over a hundred years old, rustic and romantic. With great effort, it was completely renovated in 2019. It is equipped with washing machine, gas stove and a satellite TV. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, ie Fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, gas stove, etc. are available. Bathroom: The bathroom has been renovated very elaborately / shower, toilet and two sinks. Bed room: This room has a 1.6 m wide double bed (very good mattress) and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. At the exit (direction Palma) is a pizzeria serving excellent Majorcan and Italian dishes. At the C 711 towards Soller is a well frequented restaurant about 1km nch. On the road to Santa Maria is located about 5 km away an old mill with an excellent (German-led) Restaurant Moli des Torrent names, but a bit high priced. Preorder advisable.
