Tyler is very good with communication. The house was mote spacious than we thought downstairs. Finding street parking was tricky at times but its doable. Beds were comfy.

House was exactly as listed, host was fantastic with communication. The small fenced in area out back was nice for our dogs when they needed to go out in the middle of the night. The neighborhood seemed safe- I’m a smaller female and walked my dogs around the block each day without issue. People were either friendly or ignored me. THE TRICK TO PARKING- be there by 3pm and you can find spots without a time limit across the street from the house. Otherwise, may the odds be ever in your favor. The area is actually really walkable- highly recommend the easy walk to Batter & Crumbs for great coffee and super tasty baked goods in the morning, and a stroll to Triangle Tavern for dinner (the food is unbelievable!). Something to keep in mind- the area and the house are old and have been there since before cars, air conditioning, or global warming existed so parking and cooling the house are tricky. We stayed when it was cooler outside and once we figured out parking, it was great.

This house was great for a large group. We had multiple family members coming in from different cities and states to attend a graduation and it worked out perfectly. The location was convenient and our host, Tyler, was informative and responsive. The access outdoor space was a bonus. Couldn't have gone more smoothly! (Also extremely grateful for the AC units during an unexpectedly hot weekend!)

i had a good stay until the host accused me of having another key to the property. when I first checked into the property there was only one key so i was confused about that. nice property though
