The Studio was not clean, the towels smelled, the apartment looked much better on the pictures compared to what it is for real. The location in Vai dei Due Macelli is super central.

Over priced. Poorly kept.

I booked my husband and his daughter here for a 4-day visit in Rome before they headed to our apartment in Umbria. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with pullout couch. The location was perfect for a short stay in Rome, especially if someone is interested in doing a bit of shopping. Good bars, bakeries, restaurants nearby and central to all areas of the city center. A very good value for the rate!

The communication by the staff was not great. We were specific that we needed the pullout couch made up for sleeping, and only discovered it was not when pulling out the couch to go to bed. It took a while for the bedding to arrive. More stressful was the supposedly handled request for an early morning taxi to the train station the night before departure only to have to make a run to the square at 6am because the front desk had said they handled it but had not.

Great location. The Breakfast is great and service very good. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was beautiful, and exceptionally clean. They make their guests feel like they are at home.

Breakfast was lovely served in a beautiful terrace area. Also had indoor choice. Large selection from which to choice. Fantastic location for property. Very spacious. Outstandingly helpful and friendly staff.

I liked everything.

Perfect location, beautiful terrace, rooms are modern yet also stay true to the feel of authentic Italian! Love it!
