I liked the breackfast if you come early enoght, the room was confortable and clean, the staff was OK, kids playground was nice when not too crowded, I liked the SPA also when not too crowded.
I liked the scenary and the positioning in Olanesti.
I didn't liked the fact that in the evening was complicated to get served in the restaurant (with all the efforts of the staff, they seemed overwelmed and then just turned passive). Very expensive for what they offer (it's not a 4 star). The pools are small for the capacity of the hotel so very crowded.

Excellent breakfast, nicely renovated interior, very friendly staff.
SPA was nice although it can get a bit crowded at times.
Restaurant service was slow and clumsy but everyone was trying their best and the overall experience was not bad.

Room was nice.
The restaurant menu is very poor, tasteless and expensive. Is it very unpleasant to tear up plastic bags with oil and vinegar to prepare your salad. And the bowls in which they are kept are oilly and full of other empty bags. I suggest using "classic" bottles...as real restaurants do. Also the spa centre a bit disappointing.
