Hardwood floors are accented by the beautiful wood plank ceilings. This end unit has two walls of large floor to ceiling windows that let in natural light and are covered with plantation shutters to add to the subtle coastal ambiance of the home. The living room overlooks the dining and kitchen area to give a wonderful space for families to gather. Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances add to the upscale feel and offer all the necessary utensils to prepare a home cooked meal. Down the hall past the kitchen is a hall bathroom that connects with the twin guest bedroom. Upstairs you will find the spacious primary suite and third guest room. The primary bedroom is furnished with a lush king-sized bed and is complete with a television, sitting area, private balcony, and an ensuite which features dual sinks. with bath that opens to private deck, plus guest bedroom and bath. Down the upstairs hall is the third guest bedroom which has two queen-sized beds and a private bathroom. There is a sizable deck on the front of the home that offers an ocean view. Furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and located on the corner of The Loop, a 2.5-mile paved pathway around neighboring Harbor Island and downtown Wrightsville Beach. This is a wonderful place to relax in the sun and watch all the action. Occupancy: 8 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles. There is a carport that can accommodate 1-2 vehicles with covered parking. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. this is a great property. very updated with nice finishes throughout. love the tvs. good location for walking to amenities. can be a tad noisy but fans are great for that and doesnt deter since everything else is so nice. needs some clothes hangers in every closet. key code is great but a link or number directly in checkout email would be great to alert bryant of check out but thats really it. thanks.

The place has a nice location and its spaces and mostly renovated. The problem is that is was extremely dusty and had roaches. Also owners need to take some stuff out it very cluttered with stuff all over the counters. The master was wickerd and it was sooo dusty.

We absolutely loved our stay at the McGraw Hilton. Excellent location. Very quick walk to the beach and the pier and we loved sitting on the multiple porches and watching all of the foot traffic in the area. The set up was ideal with the bedrooms spread out and each having their own bathroom. Please change the extremely lumpy mattress pad in the master though. And maybe an extra baking sheet or two. Besides that, our stay was absolutely perfect and we will be back.

This property is a gem! Wonderfully appointed and decorated, from the wood ceilings to the comfortable beds. The location is excellent-close to the beach and all the activities that Wrightsville Beach offers. It did not feel like your typical beach house-which is a good thing. It was cozy and the perfect amount of room for our family of 6. We love to cook, so I might recommend a few more larger pots. Besides that, we had a wonderful vacation here. Thank you Bryant!

It was just perfect for our family. Every room from the outdoor porch to the spacious bedrooms, everyone of us were so thankful for the condo. Sitting on the porch watching all the people, walking down to the beach and pier and the weather was perfect! We hope to be able to do this again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us❤️

We stayed at this property for my daughters graduation weekend. Our ages range from six months to 58 years old. This house was perfect for everybody. There is it downstairs bedroom, and two upstairs bedrooms. The rooms are nice and quiet, beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything I needed for a really wonderful party. This unit is steps away from a darling park that my grand children loved. It is also a one minute walk to the beach. Could not have been better for a multi generational gathering. We absolutely loved our stay!

The condo was lovely even though not as clean as I would like. I am not sure anyone ever cleaned or wiped down the drawers in the bathroom. Also, the shower curtain rod was rusted and needed to be replaced. One of the drawers in the kitchen needed to be fixed as the silverware drawer threatened to fall out when opened. The heat and air were not strong enough to work on both levels. If you got it warm enough downstairs it would be a sauna upstairs. As I only stayed here by my self, it was workable, but if I had had others stay it would have been a constant battle tyring to heat or cool both levels.

We’ve been coming to Wrightsville for years and once again, have enjoyed a great week. The property is in a great location and very comfortable. We got great use of the porch early in the day and late in the afternoon/night watching people walk, jog, bike along Lumina. We also rose our bikes routinely along the island, and even to Harris Teeter a few times. Definitely would stay here again!

It was lovely but the upstairs guest bath needed attention. The shower valve was very difficult to operate and the shower head needed replacing. The lavatory was stopped up causing a very slow drain.
We had two cars with us and we moved one to get the other one out. My sister pulled into the next driveway and we went shopping. While we were gone my sister’s car was towed! This was so unfortunate and could have been avoided had there been a very visible notice in the unit warning about the parking situation.
On the other hand, your 24 hour on call contact, David, was very helpful with getting us the correct entry code. He went above and beyond to help us.

Family Beach Vacation
The property was overall very nice. A very well stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer on premises was very convenient. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach, pier, bars and restaurants and located on the loop for convenient access for early morning walks. We have 2 small children and the distance to the beach was convenient to come back for lunch and multiple bathroom breaks daily. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and evening . We were worried that the proximity to the street would be too loud, but noise was never a problem. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

This is truly a loved family home. It is well card for with comfortable upscale furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. There is a short walk to the beach and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and store the beach chairs. The outdoor patio has a palm tree view and comfortable cocktail seating or morning coffee sunrise view. Parking space for two to three cars and even a visitor can squeeze in on the side. It is centrally located to restaurants and a short walk for more coffee and cocktails. I wish this house was mine, I wouldn’t change a thing.
