Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive house for $335 per night is a great option for your next break. Location, location, location! Located on East Henderson Street in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, less than ½ block to the beach – the location simply cannot be beat! “Williams Upper” unit is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom upper unit within a duplex that has a traditional floor plan and furnishings. The living room opens to the partially covered wraparound porch which is a great spot people watching, relaxing in the shade, or soaking up some sun! Enjoy grilling and eating meals with the family on the outdoor dining table after a long day in the sun. There is an outdoor shower for added convenience so you can rinse off that pesky sand after playing in the ocean. Johnnie Mercer’s Pier is just 2 blocks north and the local shops and restaurants are also within walking distance! The living room opens to the porch and just down the hall you will find the separate dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The dining room has wall to wall windows that give this room tons of natural light, creating a very cozy dining space for the family to gather around and make wonderful memories! The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom with walk in shower and offers convenient access to the outside stairs. There is a bunk room with queen bed that is perfect for children or teens but versatile enough for a couple to comfortably use. The two additional guest rooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds and share access to the hall bathroom. For larger family gatherings, rent the W119 “Williams Lower” unit which is directly below for a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - contact Bryant directly for details. Outside Shower. Off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Occupancy: 12. No Smoking. No Pets. Fireplace use is not permitted. The kitchen needs some attention: I could not get the toaster to work. The oven made noises. When did you move the stairs on beach side from front to the rear of the deck? The palm tree has grown since the picture.

This is still my favorite rental for Memorial Day. We are a small group but there are 4 bedrooms and decent living space. It's outdated compared to the luxury houses but the deck, grill and location is amazing. It was mostly clean, could just use a deep clean. We will be back for another Memorial Day stay.

This is the first time I have rented this property for our family members. The unit is very convenient to the beach and a great and close location to our home at the beach. The unit was clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable, however there was a musty smell. Overall our family enjoyed staying there and enjoyed their time at the beach.

We enjoyed our Memorial Day Weekend stay. 4 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of space and privacy and just 4 houses away from beach access. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances worked. There were no beach chairs, kids toys, or outside shower area which would have helped keep sand in its place. Living room furniture old and worn. It is an older place and it is given its basically clean but could use a deep clean of baseboards and corners. New caulking in older bathroom is recommended. We did call regarding AC and management got right back to us. We will consider staying here again.

We have stayed on E Henderson Street for 30 plus years. We have stayed in the current unit the last 3 years. Very satisfied with the cleanliness. the only issue we had with the current unit was last year it was lacking cookware. That day a new set of pots and pans were delivered. We are returning next year.&

We had a great stay! The cottage is spacious and we loved the porch and location. The only drawback was the front bedroom. The temperature reached mid-90's a couple of days and the air conditioning had a hard time keeping the cottage cool, especially in the front bedroom. Otherwise, wonderful stay...we would stay again!

Overall, this had been a pleasant stay expect for the fact that this place could have been lot cleaner considering the fact we came with 4 kids aging 2-4 yrs. While we understand this property is decades old, still the cleanliness factor would give a better rating and review. I believe we left the unit in better and clean condition than it was handed over to us.
Also, the company professional was not ready to help us on the check out time. Though I called 1 day before as they asked me to, they were not ready to consider giving an additional 1 hour to check out. We being with 4 kids is not easy to check out at 10am.
Otherwise this place is a reasonable place with good location.

Great place for family vacation
This property is one of the older beach houses, but a great location to the beach and enough space for my family. Some of the furnishings have changed since these pictures were taken and the TV's are all now flat screens (one picture showed an old tube tv). Also, there are 3 queens instead of two. Hopefully they will update the listing as we took sheets for a full and 2 queens plus the twin beds. The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen (a little small) and the agency was very responsive to our needs. I grew up going to a beach house like this so it brings back memories of my childhood, so if you don't mind an older place with charm this is a great spot to take your family.
