I liked the host and staff. The room had privacy and was quiet (no other guests near me). Everyone was friendly. The house had really nice landscaping. The neighborhood is off the beaten path. Good value. I would return to Jorge's house!
I wish the room had a microwave and mini-fridge.

Location, staff, breakfast( super danggit and fluffy pancakes).
In the shower room, there’s not much space to hang clothes, toiletries.

I have nothing good to say about this place.
There is no option to pay by card. The staff, especially the woman at reception, were very rude to us and their only interest was that we pay for tours and transfers with them; she was very insistent, always giving us excessively high prices. We felt she was only interested in money. When the owner tried to help us with a problem we had, we immediately noticed the woman telling him in Filipino (which, of course, we didn't understand) not to help us. We saw the owner looking uncomfortable, and ultimately he couldn't help us. We're tourists, not stupid, and you can usually notice these kinds of attitudes.
It is completely different from the other experiences we have had in hotels in the Philippines, where they have always been super friendly to us.
Regarding the room. Every day we find small cockroaches in the bathroom and many ants.
The only pugs in the place are at ceiling height and the clothes hangers too.
The air conditioning is old and noisy.
The bathroom is very small and the shower is above the toilet.
Breakfast is quite basic.
We were the only guests staying at the place and now I understand why.
Look for another place.
