“I really enjoyed my stay at venus royale hotel. The staff where Vera welcoming and helpful. The room was clean , and I Love the Pool area , perfect for relaxing after touring Coron.

The property was very clean and the staff was always very polite and would always greet me with a big smile.
I was extremely disappointed that they were doing maintenance on the pool the entire month of June. I had booked this hotel based on the photos of the pool, it has to be the nicest in Coron so for that to be closed was very disappointing. I think it should have been better announced that it would be closed, like a large banner across the pool photos or something. On Booking.com, it was a little notice in small print at the bottom of the page. By the time I noticed it would be closed, my reservation was nonrefundable, so I was stuck in a stay without the use of the main reason I booked my stay there. The only other thing I didn’t like was that the housekeeping for my room was sporatic, I just found someone from housekeeping each morning to ask that they service my room each day. All I wanted was the basics, just take out the trash, swap out towels and tidy up the bed, basic things that should be automatic.

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The rooms were clean and well- maintained, with comfortable beds and good amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Our climate system and something else started to lose around 10+liters from our ceiling in the middle of the night. There was a lot of water in front of our bed. We were able to change the room in the night, but when it comes to compensation the staff said, they don't care.
We booked the highest room categroy, never again.
