Yes, there are lots of stairs. The location is away from the town a little but is walkable. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked.
There’s lots of ants so don’t leave food out. It is away from town but there are dogs and roosters to. Intend with. Like everywhere in the Philippines the food is very basic. The breakfast staff were not very organised and are more concerned with playing on their phone rather than serving customers.

The tv in our room was pretty good quality. Very surprising actually, compared to the rest.
The stairs can be a bit hard on elderly people and people less abled. The room we had, had a door with big gaps, so bugs could easily come in. We encountered a tiny cockroach or something, a big grasshopper, a small spider, and plenty of tiny ants coming after any food/drinks marks. There was also a pool higher up, but the water was not clear, so we didn't even feel like going in there.
