Situated in Emerald Isle, this lovely house for $442 per night is a great option for your next trip. The unique layout of this incredible interior home affords you lots of privacy. With half floors that are equipped with bedrooms, you are sure to have plenty of space for the whole family! Just a short walk or golf cart ride will get you to the beach in no time! As you enter on the ground floor you are welcomed into the rec-room with a full-size pool table, wet bar with beverage cooler, and a TV. The bunk room with 2 twin bunks and a generous size bath make this area great for kids to enjoy! Up the stairs, one-half flight off the landing is the TUCAN room. This tropical king master with a large private bath will keep your disposition Sunny! On the 2nd level, accessible by elevator or stairway, you will find the laundry room, a large hall bath, a queen room (the JEEP room), and the twin room (the FLIP FLOP room). There is another king master with a large master bath know as the MERMAID room. All rooms are decorated in nice bold colors to go with each theme! Up another half flight of stairs is a queen room(the AIRPLANE room) with a spacious private bath. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters. The 3rd level is the bright and airy great room. The 2 dining tables and bar seating as well as the sectional sofa are sure to accommodate the entire group! The granite clad kitchen is well equipped so cooking for the group will be a great experience. While there are plenty of bathrooms throughout the house there is an additional half bath on the top floor for convenience. The wrap around decks offer an easy way down to the fully fenced pool and hot tub area.. However, if hanging out along the treetops is what you have in mind then pull up a chair and relax because you have made it. The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 5 minute walk from Sunnybunz or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access. It was an incredible stay at SunnyBunz! Four couples total stayed, and it was perfect for all of us. Ample space, wonderful kitchen, hot tub and pool table was used nightly. The elevator really helped move people's stuff in and out, especially to the top floor! We celebrated a birthday and a marriage that week and SunnyBunz was the perfect location for us to do that. We definitely hope to have an excuse to rent it again!

All our family (ranging in age from 12 to 78) enjoyed our stay at SunnyBunz! The bedrooms on split levels offered variety and privacy. it was very helpful to have the pool and hot tub when the red flag was posted at the beach. Both meals and games were enjoyed at the long table and round table in the family room on third level. A very well designed and furnished home.

Very colorful well appointed house. Furniture not very comfortable. Remote in mermaid room missing. Several of chairs on deck with broken slats. Dishwasher doesn’t clean well and house could benefit from another refrigerator. Beds comfortable and outdoor pool area a plus. Also great to have a golf cart.

My family and I enjoyed this home so much! The neighborhood was great and the house was even better. The house was beautiful and had the perfect space for entertaining. It was very spacious and allowed us to have a perfect vacation. We had such a wonderful time and hated to leave.
