About this house rental
The house was fully hollowed out in 2013, and was finally completely finished in October 2014.
It contains two bedrooms and one bathroom in the upper floor, as well as a living room with a bathroom, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor.
All bedrooms and the living room are fitted with flat screen TVs. In the living room, there is also a DVD player and a selection of DVDs.
The bedrooms on the upper level have separate entrances.
The house has central air-conditioning, which can be regulated separately for the upper or ground level.
Enjoy the view of the Banana River from your breakfast table, where dolphins pass by or schools of fish crowd around, often at a distance of just 10 metres. The single dock is a great fishing spot in one of Florida's premier angling regions.
Just 150 metres in the other direction, you will reach the extensive Cocoa Beach, which is ideal for long walks or surfing.
From here, it is just a hop, skip, and a jump to Orlando to the Disney theme park, about 45 minutes away.
Right in front of your door, there are further attractions such as, for example, the Ron Jon Surf Shop (the largest surf shop in the world), the cruise ship harbour at Cape Canaveral, the Kennedy Space Center and the Cocoa Beach Pier, to name a few.
Daytona Beach is also just an hour away, where America's largest biker gathering happens every year in March.

The place place was amazing from how close to the beach it was to being able to watch the sunset on the dock im definitely coming back again but this time with some fishing equipment just from all the fish I could see and I was lucky enough to see some dolphins as well.

What a cool and relaxing little place! My wife and I stayed for 3 days and just enjoyed the sun and relaxation. Got to see dolphins, an otter and a manatee. Very neat place.
