The Space:

Welcome to your laid-back Cocoa Beach getaway, perfectly located just a quick walk from the beach and the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier. With the sand, ocean, dining, and classic coastal atmosphere all close by, this comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit makes an easy home base for couples, small families, or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing stay near the heart of Cocoa Beach.



Inside, the unit offers a comfortable layout with plenty of space to unwind after a day by the ocean. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for adults and children. Wi-Fi and Smart TVs make it easy to stream your favorite shows, stay connected, or enjoy a quiet evening indoors.



The in-unit kitchen provides a convenient place to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for the day, or enjoy casual meals at home. A private washer and dryer are also located inside the unit, making it easy to refresh towels, swimsuits, and clothing throughout your stay.



One of the best features of this unit is its location. Leave the car behind and walk to the beach or Cocoa Beach Pier. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise, relax along the shoreline, explore nearby dining and entertainment, or return to the unit whenever you need a break from the sun.



Please note that the unit is located on the second floor and there is no elevator available. Guests must use stairs to access the unit.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Our apartment is located just steps away from the beach where the waves and the sand are waiting for you to enjoy. Take a walk to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, home to several restaurants and bars. Go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. With everything that we offer in our beachfront apartment, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Cocoa Beach and the surrounding Space Coast. The beach can be reached on foot in approximately five minutes, while restaurants, shopping, Downtown Cocoa Beach, and nearby attractions are easily accessible by car or rideshare. Walking and biking are also enjoyable options for shorter trips along the beachside area.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Paper towels

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• Pets are NOT allowed

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• The condo is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

• All complex amenities are shared with other residents and guests.

• Parking is unassigned. Please follow the parking and pass instructions provided in your Guest Portal.

• There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk and are responsible for closely supervising children.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
