Really nice property! Convenient to shops and restaurants, our only complaint was that the twin mattress were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on(especially when you are older). No hand soap, toilet paper

We just got back from a week long stay. The condo was just the right size for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, even some beach toys). We only used the pool once for a short time so I can’t really give an honest review, my family really prefers the beach. The condo is in a great location, lots of restaurants/shops just a short drive away. We’ll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this condo!! First of all Robert the owner was awesome!! He actually called me to talk to me after I rented his unit and told me to call him if I had any questions before or during the trip! Condo was very clean and the view was great!! It was nice that he had beach chairs and other beach accessories right in the condo! They access to the beach is easy!! It is a little walk to the beach but it is a beautiful walk! My wife and two girls loved it so much we will definitely be back to rent the same place next year!! The sunset view is amazing!!

Given it was Marco Island, it was nice. Location of complex, to be called “beach front” is true, but you are about 2000+ feet to the water. The biggest disappointment was with the condo itself. The condo itself was nice, but there was almost nothing in it, I.e. 1 roll paper towels, 3 rolls toilet paper, 2 hotel size bars of soap and no dish detergent (either for the sink or dishwasher). Also, there was very little information provided for available amenities, correct number of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, which the room had all, but even though I ask the question, I had setup rentals, but did not need them, so I had to go through process of cancelling. Being someone who has stayed in a number of VRBO's, this was a little disappointing and took away from my vacation, not to mention the scramble to get towels washed prior to leaving.

This was exactly as advertised. The condo itself was clean and had a great view overlooking the pool, with the lagoon & ocean off to the left. The pool and especially the beach were uncrowded the whole week (late August).

After waiting 2 long months for our vacation we were not disappointed! The apartment was just as their listing described. Our priority was cleanliness and we have no complaints. Bob was an excellent host providing all the info needed. We will definitely visit Marco again and hopefully stay at the same property.

We spent the week with my wife and kids and the kids grandparents. Marco Island beaches are awesome. It was great waking up every morning only having to decide whether to go to the beach or pool. We ate at a few good restaurants and cooked and dined in as well. We fished, collected shells, jet ski tour, and enjoyed the island, South Beach and Tiger Tail Beach. Beautiful view from South Seas Towers. People were friendly. This is our 3rd year staying there and we’ll be back. Great week.
