Nestled in Cala Llonga, this attractive villa for $511 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The modern villa is located above Cala Llonga in a small dead-end-street. Quiet location. You can walk down to the village and beach of Cala Llonga. In the village there are shops and restaurants, large playground on the beach. The romantic Sol den Serra with the exclusive 'Amante Beach Club' can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The villa is characterized by its light-flooded rooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Wifi internet unlimited. Plasma TV- DVD, music equipment, wine cabinet. Very nice outdoor area with pool, terraces, sun loungers and umbrellas, Bali house with chill-out bed, 2 covered terraces with dining table and lounge. The property is fenced around with privacy. Parking inside. An ideal place for families with children as well as for groups who want to be fast in Ibiza town or Santa Eulalia. For golfers only 5 minutes by car to Roca Llisa golf course. Good equipment in the house and optimal support will guarantee you an unforgettable holiday. Special Highlight: Book a day trip to Formentera with the owner on his yacht. Or hire the speedy inflatable boat, which can accommodate 8-10 people. International boat license required!

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. The photos don’t do it justice. Myself and five friends stayed and had a wonderful time. Although a steep hill down to restaurants and bars it was always easy to get a taxi back which cost between 6-8 euros. A good base for us to visit many places in the island although most of the time happy to stay at villa and enjoy all that it offers. Can’t wait to come back!

We are a blended family with eight adult children (ages 22 to 27). The house was fantastic to stay. The rooms were superb.

Property well appointed with nice outdoor seating and pool area.Also bedrooms and bathrooms all a very good size.Lovely views from the hillside location but a fairly steep walk to and from the centre of Cala Llonga about 25 minutes away.
We would recommend car hire as all the rubbish has to be disposed of in bins near the town and not very pleasant in the heat.The only other minor concern was the villa wi fi which was very intermittent and ceased to work after day 3.
All in all a very nice property ,well suited to family groups with only a couple of minor drawbacks but a hire car is really advisable.

Lovely spacious villa in a nice little town by the sea with a lot of bars, restaurants and taxis and a pretty ferry boat running up and down the coast. Carmen and Marc were very helpful and responded quickly to queries. There were ten of us, of all ages, and everyone had a great time.

Perfect for 8 adults and 3 young children, the swimming pool being a big hit. Lovely views into Calla Llonga and beyond with the town in easy reach by foot. Carmen and Marc are the perfect hosts with lots of advice ahead of our visit as well as being responsive whilst there with Marc coming out to provide extra clothes horses to dry our clothes on! Would highly recommend. Thanks to Carmen and Marc.

A really fabulous villa in a great position. Accommodation was immaculate and equipped very well. Hosts very welcoming and gave lots of information about the villas facilities, and places to visit.

First time on holiday with friends and our children. Two of the bedrooms are accessed from outside the property which might not be great for some but with 3 families away together for the first time it was perfect for us as it meant a bit of privacy. It is only a short walk to the beach/village, but be warned it is very steep (your legs will be aching by the end of the week). I would recommend a hire car, particularly as the bins are quite a walk away. The kitchen was well stocked, there was even a fully stocked drinks cabinet! Some info on the floorplan of the house would be good as it took us half an hour to find one of the bedrooms and 3 days to find the washing machine! The staff/team were all lovely and very helpful. Overall we had a lovely time.

Fantastisch verblijf
Het huis is heerlijk ruim om met vrienden of familie/meerdere gezinnen te verblijven. Er zijn 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. De woonkamer is ook ruim. Het huis heeft echt alle voorzieningen die je thuis ook hebt, van wasmachine en strijkijzer tot kinderbestek en blender. Ook buiten is veel ruimte! Meerdere plekjes om te loungen, te eten en geboeg ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen. Het zwembad was ook heel schoon en hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Via de whatsapp reageert de beheerder direct, echt heel netjes en fijn! Dat was opmerkelijk en echt een top service. Ze kwamen zelfs extra bbq spullen toen we vroegen of het aanwezig was. Het enige minder positieve wat ik erover kan zeggen is dat er veel pissebedden liepen binnen, maar daar is weinig tegen te doen. Het was er verder goed schoon en overal is aan gedacht. Wij zijn zeker van plan om weer te komen!!

Fantastische Villa voor een groep
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Het contact met de eigenaresse was heel prettig, alles was erg schoon toen we aankwamen. We hadden heerlijke bedden en veel ruimte in de keuken en badkamers. Ondanks het mindere weer dat we hadden, hadden we mede dankzij deze prachtige Vila een top vakantie!

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette magnifique villa, chacun y a trouvé sa place. Les extérieurs sont hyper agréables et la vue est magnifique. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Calla Longa qui est une petite station balnéaire familiale et agréable. Sa situation centrale nous a permis de voir l'ensemble de l'île. Marc est toujours disponible et à l'écoute. L'accès a la villa s'est fait en toute simplicité, tout était accueillant et lumineux. Merci à Marc et Carmen, au plaisir de vous rencontrer ! Sabrina et la famille !

The swimming pool was cleaned every 2 days which was a real luxury when going back home after a beach day. We have rented some nice places but this one has topped everything, the photos don't really do it justice.
Marc the property manager is so helpful and attentive. From helping us through a change of booking because of Covid to being on hand whenever we needed him on site (and this was hardly ever and mostly our own fault eg locking ourselves out, sorry Marc 😳)
Plenty of room and privacy for our party of 9 adults and children with everything provided including spare bed for our 4yo grand daughter, cot and high chair for the 2 yo.
Cala Llonga is a small family resort, easily accessible from the villa, 10-15 min downhill walk. Walking back is uphill and we wouldn't attempt it with our grand children, fit adults shouldn't have a problem.
A hire car is an essential and the villa has ample private parking.
No need to hesitate, just book this villa!

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Accueil excellent, la maison est vraiment très confortable à l'intérieur (chambres et SdB spacieuses, grands lits...) comme à l'extérieur (nombreux aménagements extérieurs où se reposer à l'ombre), très belle piscine...

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Gatsgeber
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem einfach wunderschönen Haus jede Minute genossen. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an absolut gar nichts und Marc ist immer sofort zu erreichen, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Haus buchen und freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt hier.

Beautiful villa
We have booked this beautiful villa with 10 ladies. for a long weekend. The Villa is nicely taken cared for, very clean and fully equipped. All beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms & kitchen are all equally beautiful. View from the balcony near the swimmingpool is amazing.
